Snacky snacks. My gran used to serve them with afternoon tea (oh her teas were epic) so for me they are a mid afternoon snack with butter and a cup of tea. Today I cut a load into cubes and tossed them in a lake of butter and air fried them and holy moly what a snack. A breakfast food that you can choose to eat at any time.
