No if you only care about physique than start measuring your biceps, chest, abs and legs and of course take selfies to make sure you are happy with your appearance. If you only care about your health than i suggest talking to doctors and get a bunch of tests done to see if you are healthy. You’ve done an incredible job! I don’t know what your height is or what a Doctor says. Your goal weight should be , but if we are assuming that you work quite heavy for your frame , then you’ve actually lost a lot pretty rapidly. If you lost it any faster it may mean that there was something wrong. But family is canonically full of drama and requires people to be highly aware to stay away from the complexities when needed and remaining sane. Anyway, like all things there are pros and cons. I still think family is a good foundation for a healthy society so bullish on Vietnam Completely agree. Sticking together through the storm is great. That’s why I wish they can accept consulting. At least learn to be better for one another.
