I’m so sorry you have felt like that. I have extreme suicidal episodes which I’ve struggled with since I was 15, and sometimes it feels like mental health issues absolutely ruin my life. So I just wanted to say – it’s not a failing of you or because you’ve chosen ‘wrong’ or ‘bad’ paths in your life or because you’re worthless. It’s a horrible illness that makes us all feel utterly alone and isolated, even if we objectively aren’t. I’m glad to read you are doing better now. I appreciate that mate.
