Yes, but the Ryne Sandberg American former professional baseball player Chicago C Sketch Ryno T-Shirt in contrast I will get this hospital is in Inglewood and women in general are ignored by doctors and black women are the single most medically neglected group in the US. It’s not a huge leap to medical racism as it’s statistically proven that medical racism kills black women at disproportionate rates. My baby stopped moving one day and I had just moved to a new state and my best friends wife had recommended her OB. I called their office and they told me to come in immediately. I went in and they did an ultrasound and some bloodwork and told me I had a lot of complications, including preeclampsia, hypertension and not enough fluid around my son. I was pulled out of work and made to be on bedrest for the next 3 months with a Dr’s appointment every other day. My son wasn’t growing, my blood pressure was sky high, my extremities were ballooning. So she had me schedule for a c-section because she said if I went through labor I could stroke out and have brain damage. The baby was born but the hospital gave him MERSA and he ended up in the NICU for 6 weeks because of the infections he got from the feeding tube and whatever the handled him with. My doctor told me that my system was just not made for pregnancy and if I tried to have another baby I would probably die or stroke out. Pregnancy is extremely dangerous for some women. That’s why there should be full healthcare for pregnant women. There is so much that can go wrong. We need to scream when we are in the hospital and know something is wrong, don’t let the nurses gaslight you, it’s your life and you are important. God what a horrible thing to happen to this woman, she’s not unique, we have a very callous medical workforce and I encourage women who are pregnant to advocate for yourself, don’t take no for an answer and remember if something feels wrong it probably is. My son and I are alive and well because I had an AMAZING doctor who listened.

But, when I had a slipped disc so bad it paralyzed my entire right side from my hip to my toes I had a doctor gaslighting me telling me it was in my head, until I had an mri and then emergency surgery. I couldn’t walk, put on a shoe or even lift my leg for two years because some fucking er dr didn’t believe me. My sister was on the Ryne Sandberg American former professional baseball player Chicago C Sketch Ryno T-Shirt in contrast I will get this verge of pre-eclampsia with her first. She ended up with full blown pre-eclampsia somewhere in the mid 20 weeks of her second pregnancy. They kept telling her that they didn’t think it was pre-eclampsia because it was “too early”. Then they realized it was and they were wrong. They decided to not do anything unless her blood pressure hit a certain point or she had debilitating headaches. She got both and was admitted to the hospital but they still wouldn’t induce. They kept trying to make her wait. Our other sibling and I were just waiting to get a call saying that she had a stroke and died. Fortunately, she survived the pregnancy. But afterwards, they told her not to get pregnancy again because it could kill her. She acknowledged it was a bad idea to get pregnant again so she asked to have her tubes tied. They said no because she might want to have another kid someday.
