The hospital should be sued for millions. The nurses should be fired. An investigation should be opened into if the Pee Wee Herman American actor and comedian Paul Reubens 1952 T-Shirt and by the same token and doctors would really get mad, and if they would, they and the hospital administrators that allowed that behavior should all be fired too. No. And medical malpractice— no matter how egregious or how awful the consequences— often is limited in civil court cases to low payouts thanks to years of “tort reform.” In Texas, which has a pitiful maternal mortality rate, max is $250,000, no matter how dead you are or what medical needs you might need in the future. Insurance and big corporations have been lying for years about big lawsuit payouts and litigious Americans. Look up Stella Lieback.

Unfortunately, Med Mal is really hard to prove. You have to prove blatant, willful, and/or wanton negligence, and it is exceptionally difficult because you have to find something that shows the Pee Wee Herman American actor and comedian Paul Reubens 1952 T-Shirt and by the same token and nurses purposefully and with malice did something wrong just to harm the patient for harms sake. Even then, you can usually only sue the hospital, and they will have a team(in most cases, an entire outside law firm) that will fight it and most likely force it into mandatory arbitration. Yep. I lost my oldest friend in the world because she gave birth in a hospital that elected not to have hemorrhage crash carts in the maternity ward. By the time they realized she was bleeding out, it was too late to send someone running for the necessary supplies and medicines. thank you for sharing that link. unfortunately, i am canadian and cannot contact any elected officials, but hopefully this comment boosts your comment a bit
