I don’t really exercise daily anymore thanks to a few injuries. But when I did it was during the I’m A December Vintage December I’m A December Queen T-Shirt but in fact I love this hardest part of my depression. I went out for a run every day because “gotta get out of bed for something, right”. And usually I didn’t feel like it, but I’m too stubborn to just lay down on the floor and give up. So my only motivation was that I didn’t want to sit inside all day rotting away staring at my phone. It started out mostly because I was about 70 pounds overweight but after I lost that weight it more or less turned into me just wanting to not end up like my mom and dad who are in their early 60’s and are constantly complaining about some new ache or pain or reason why they can’t go do something. Neither of them exercised a day in their lives and didn’t bother taking care of themselves and now that they can finally slow down and live their lives, they still can’t because their bodies won’t let them.

Newly working myself into it. My upcoming job, and my son are my motivation. Ex left about a month ago and took my son with her. IDC about her, but I miss my boy everyday and I wanna kick ass at this job, make bank, and get him back in my life. When I’m stressed, especially after rejection, a jog let’s me kinda work all that out and I run myself so hard that I can hardly think, I eat plenty, then fall asleep like a kid at the I’m A December Vintage December I’m A December Queen T-Shirt but in fact I love this end of a school day. I just make sure not to punish myself during workouts more than I enjoy those sensations, or else I’ll drop the habit. So, whenever I get started again, I just go for like 10 minutes doing biceps or whatever and stretching. Not being a fatty. I used to be fat. I don’t want to be fat again and I watched my parents health decline from being sedentary automobile dependent people.
