I’ve met bikers before that say they don’t even have a license plate when they go out street racing essentially because they’re not going to get chased or caught, but I imagine it’s tougher to get away in a sedan or any regular vehicle as the cops are much more likely if not certainly going to chase because you have a way bigger chance to harm others in an accident than a motorcycle. They’ll get the helicopters coming your way if needed.

There’s this one guy I’ve seen on Instagram reels straight up speeding on their motorcycle at like >100kph getting millions and views and likes… I always just imagine they’re about to shit themselves and get out of their way.. if it comes close to a wreck I’ll honk but ik they don’t care. I know a guy who’s buying a specific car to go 250KM/H NOT MPH (we’re in Canada, don’t know what that is in mph). I told him he’s gonna kill himself. I completely agree, who does this and why??? I can notice and name the brand and model of every car on the highway I pass, and generally can understand and see lane switches before people make them. Always be aware of your surroundings, for multiple reasons. Slightly off topic, but my dumbass 18 year old neighbour drives like an asshat and has one of those fake “how’s my driving” with a prank number. How people like this don’t get caught just baffles me. I know a guy who was fairly reckless.
