Probably a freeway or highway they can’t turn on or something.. I did this once while dashing, pulled out of restaurant and went into right lane because I had to turn right soon, but wait a second, this lane only goes to an exit to a freeway?? Dasher must be new and never went to the location and didn’t know what to do. I feel for them. It’s much more new dashers than customers are aware of. Most don’t last a week doing DoorDash or any app delivery because it’s not as easy as thought ( gas, maintenance cost).

In my experience most customers will be so pissed off. Some will even rescind the tip. Yes the Dasher is possibly new or hasn’t become familiar with the area. When I moved in to a MUCH bigger town it was so frustrating and got my first 1 star for having a lot of trouble finding them.
