Coming from someone who used to put on her makeup first thing in the Addison’s Disease Awareness Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this morning, every morning, I would suggest going out more without anything on. Or maybe work up to it like start with concealer and mascara. Once I just let it go and went out without any makeup on, it became like second nature. The makeup almost becomes like an accessory to a cuter outfit or a nicer occasion! Get comfortable with your bare face Girl, you do you. If you feel gorgeous and enjoy doing your makeup it’s a work of art and self expression. Don’t overthink this. They’re not judging you. If they are? They aren’t your friends. I am the only woman in my workplace who wears makeup at all, and it’s a full beat every damn day to boot. At first, I was like “eek, maybe I should just do no makeup makeup to try and fit the vibe here better”. Then I was like, “nah, you know what? This is me. I love makeup. I’m comfortable without it too but, it’s part of my daily routine. It makes me feel good/put together, and I am not giving it up.” I wear my duochrome eyeshadow, chiseled contour, and blinding highlight with pride, and no one bats an eye. I don’t really care about how much makeup my friends do or don’t wear. I feel like with women you can just be yourself and wear what truly makes you feel comfortable or pretty. Just wear what makes you feel good. I don’t wear makeup, but I don’t mind other people wearing it. I admire the Addison’s Disease Awareness Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this dedication and time it takes for someone to look that way. It’s amazing what people can do really. Being cvnt is a way of life and the girls that get it get it and the girl that don’t don’t meaning don’t feel embarrassed in wearing a full face of makeup if it makes you feel more comfortable in your skin! People always say they are wearing makeup but I’ve found that means “no makeup” makeup. A little concealer and mascara, maybe lip balm. Takes you from looking “ill” to looking like a normal human person.
