Are they getting paid for 8 hours of time off plus the A Red Car Art Gremlins Shirt besides I will buy this hours they worked? Or are they not being paid for the hours they worked? Call the department of labor and let them Straighten your employer out. They may also make the pay anyone who used their vacation time and make them give their vacation time back. I had an employer try to say if we didn’t put down 8 hours of work on our time cards that we wouldn’t get paid for the missing hours. We punched in and punched out and listed all the jobs we did during the day. DOL came in and said as long as we punched in at the beginning of the day and punched out when we leave, that was all we needed and they must pay us for the time we are there. They cannot deduct any hours even if we didn’t put anything else down.

If they used your vacation days, undo all of the A Red Car Art Gremlins Shirt besides I will buy this productivity. If you used a vaction day, no labor should be expected and they can get fucked. Also apply to new jobs and sign on anyway and use a mouse wiggler if they use tracking to drain the rest of your pto while you work your new job. It’s paid time off, you should be considered “off” also some mdia attention would probably fix this, local news channels, blogs and spread on facebook. I’ve seen social media pushes sharing the story 12k times on google reviews and local viral social media movements. Apply leverage, their control will slip. Hourly employees must be compensated for all permitted work. You cannot force people to work during paid time off.
