Just in general im a complete mess and train wreck and im convinced that these bad things keep happening because im a terrible and stupid person who deserves it. Im seeing a therapist but progress is slow, and I feel like its not enough to have only one person you can talk to, especially when they only listen because it’s their job. Terrible. The last time I felt at peace deep down was when I was so deep in a sleep that I forgot the 2025 MHSAA Boys Golf Regionals shirt and I will buy this concept of myself and being alive. Just complete nothingness till the alarm went off. That was months ago. Sometimes there is a lot of pain physically and emotionally. But the tears don’t flow. Only anger at myself and the others around me. I hope I feel truly happy someday. My mental health is strong as iron. Ive definitely sacrificed it over relationships in the past but now i put myself first. Im very comfortable by myself so spending extended periods of time by myself isnt an issue and i dont go crazy from it. Ive been away from home for about 6 months living by myself and really havent spoken to many people at all since ive been here. A life of solitude is a life of peace.

2025 MHSAA Boys Golf Regionals shirt: A Unique and Creative Design

Just started my internship which is at such a sick company I feel privileged just working there. My partner has no job and wasn’t doing shit in the 2025 MHSAA Boys Golf Regionals shirt and I will buy this house, I also work in a warehouse at another place to keep income steady so I got mad at my partner for being lazy (in the most calm and understanding way). They got the message and do most chores now, I chime in where I can! So it’s great Not sure if this is a “moths to the flame” topic or what, but the responses are startling to me. Personally, my mental health is great…but perhaps it’s because I have no interest in the opinions most people have of me. Peace and strength to those who feel otherwise. I have been feeling like im 1 minor inconvenience away from erupting in a ball of self destructing flames for more than a year. Shit gets tiring. Shit doesnt get any better. Will it ever? Im so tired Let me put it this way. I was surprised when I was told it’s not normal to have suicide as a legit fall back option. I thought everyone thought like that.
It was pretty bad when I was younger, but I can say it’s gotten better as I’ve gotten older. Still have some moments of fragility though. I don’t know how to start this. As far back as I can remember I have known that what I do and how I act are totally up to me. I have an above average IQ and I know it. So if I catch myself being taken advantage of by others around me I will slack it off a little until it stops happening. I have only had to put a fast end to something twice in my 2025 MHSAA Boys Golf Regionals shirt and I will buy this life. I try to be nice, as a matter of fact I prefer to be nice. But if needed I can be a dick as well. So I am far from fragile. I am very sure of myself. I have been called simple and I would accept that. I do what I want, how I want, and when I want. I am far from rich. But I am very happy in my life and with my family and friends.

About this 2025 MHSAA Boys Golf Regionals shirt

It’s pretty damn fragile. I’m still young and I know life will throw a LOT at me as I grow older, that’s why I’m doing my best to improve my mental health everyday I put on a smile for my kid, but I’m waiting on the 2025 MHSAA Boys Golf Regionals shirt and I will buy this bad day with my wife. It’s going to hit probably sometime this year based on how things have been since about 2021. I’m naturally neurotic but I have great relationships based on clear communication and reciprocal acts of service. Other men might scoff at this but my life improved immensely once I spent more time listening to women and trying to get into their headspace. I’m a mess, I’m in a good relationship, but I work 12 hour shifts and have 4 kids at home. I get like 4 or 5 hours of sleep a night if I’m lucky. It’s hard to get time to work on my mental health.
I have 4 relationships I’m clinging to. Other than that I’m clinging on by a string pulled out of cheap fabric. I’m taking my antidepressants & seeing my therapist, but… DAMN!!! Is it hard to hold on!! But the 2025 MHSAA Boys Golf Regionals shirt and I will buy this daily stress of just existing is exhausting. I barely have the energy to do the stuff I like to do and unless I medicate myself I only sleep for about 3 hours a night on average. So I’m looking forward to my inevitable mental breakdown. I’m still recovering. It’s been 8 months since I quit my job to focus on getting better. First few months were rough and I didn’t move from my bed. I’ve certainly felt more alive in the last 2 months, been going for some walks, actually leaving the house, actually doing my grocery shopping. Things aren’t too bad I guess. If only the world would also sort itself out in a similar way. I just quit my job,my depression is destroying me,and I can’t afford the help. Well, I sure as shit can’t afford it now. Now I’m just debating is life still worth it.
Kind of fucked up, but not fragile. Like an old beaten up tool that would make someone else wonder how the 2025 MHSAA Boys Golf Regionals shirt and I will buy this thing can even function, whereas you are so familiar with its perks and workarounds that relying on it is just a part of your normal work day Honestly right now the only thing making me not consider offing myself is it will sadden my dog to not see me again. Not fragile at all. Not that I’m boasting or saying I’m superior in any way. It’s just how it is. I’m very secure in myself. Therapist here. I work primarily with men and one thing i often hear is low self-esteem and lack of fulfilling friendships/relationships among men. I think men are often forgotten about because of the expectation that men are “tough.” It shouldn’t be that way.
I’ve been there. Boundaries man, you have to put up boundaries and keep them, it’s really hard when you don’t value yourself enough. It wont happen overnight but it gains momentum quickly. It improves your self esteem, keeps shit people away and makes you accountable to yourself. Easier said than done, I was in a relationship with a narcissist and it fucking wrecked me. I learned the 2025 MHSAA Boys Golf Regionals shirt and I will buy this hard way. I’m broken. I was verbally abused and cheated on by someone who once told me that we were for life and meant for each other. I have no more self worth. It’s gone. I have no more self-esteem. It doesn’t exist. I feel that I am not good enough. A feeling that won’t ever go away. Im suicidal pretty much for the past two years. Nothing helped, therapy (where the therapist was actually talking more about herself than actually attending my problems), medications, vacations (half a year off work), working out, eating well. Nothing ever will help and that’s it for me. It can be in certain area for sure. I think people often try and compare men vs female and we forget that we ALL are unique and come from different paths and walks of life. I myself to get insecure myself about whom I am in many areas. I make the mistakes of looking into little things sometimes and make them out to be something they are not. Something Im proud to learn to have learned bout myself is I’m not too proud to admit when I’m wrong or be proven wrong. I still have so much to learn (M31).
I don’t know that I would say I feel fragile (though part of that can just be resistance to a stigmatized label), but I can recognize that my feelings are now jaded towards other people and I put less effort into my friendships if I think they aren’t reciprocating. I’m much more quick to disengage with new people when I perceive a red flag. I don’t think its bad or wrong that many of my friendships don’t, “work out”. I think people’s lives intersect at some points (or multiple points) and when we drift apart there doesn’t have to be a “reason” if no one did anything wrong. I also try not to rely on other people to make my life livable or happy. If you give someone the 2025 MHSAA Boys Golf Regionals shirt and I will buy this keys to your happiness they can take them away too. I think I’m generally more happy, even if I’m not content. There’s less joy with the less depression, but its better for me, at least in this current draft of “my self”. not me writing this from the other side of the world away from my loved ones, with no real friends, struggling through daily life because it’s too much of a stereotype but I also can afford more stuff than back home & I feel like I’m just drowning myself in alcohol or doing stupid things just for the thrill of it. –
Not that fragile anymore. I’m now able to identify the 2025 MHSAA Boys Golf Regionals shirt and I will buy this causes of my anxiety thanks to some CBT I did with my therapist. I’ve stopped smoking weed which was only contributing to the problem. Ive also cut down my drinking to only on weekends. I’ve learned to voice my concerns in my relationships and to walk away when I feel that I’m being mistreated. I’ve also learned how to enjoy my own company and now highly value my alone time. I’m a gay man. And while I feel I’ve made a lot of progress in my mental health, most of the other gay guys I know are really messed up — especially those that came of age before or after gay rights picked up steam. Most of us have no role models for healthy behaviors or relationships. Then there’s the trauma of growing up in an environment where being yourself could have gotten you killed. However, in a lot of ways, we share a lot of the same mental health issues straight dudes have: Extreme repression of emotions, no understanding of healthy behaviors in a relationship, fear of behaving in a way that’s considered “not manly”, escapism through drugs and sex… etc. You gotta learn not to base your self worth on your relationships. That’s how you become emotionally dependent. Find worth in yourself and contentedness independently and your relationships will benefit.
Growing up it was fragile. Pretty much broken on occasion due to racism and bullying against me. But what is broken can’t be broken again easily. I’ve fixed myself up and don’t let others bother me too much. On the 2025 MHSAA Boys Golf Regionals shirt and I will buy this whole, ok. I’ve been in some dark places and almost killed myself in 2016. Since then I’ve come out (genderfluid/crossdresser), and have been true to myself and things have never been better. I’m in a loving relationship, I have dozens of wonderful friends around me, I’m in a drumming band and I’m about to start a new business. For the first time in my life, I feel loved, I feel like I belong somewhere, and things are good. That isn’t to say I still don’t have my moments, and suicidal thoughts are never, ever very far away. I’ve now got the tools to ignore them, and those thoughts in my head are usually quiet. But every now and again, the thoughts creep back in and occasionally dominate. But I can put them back into the shadows, where they belong. It’s just about being kind to yourself, looking at the bigger picture and reminding yourself that we’re here for what, 80 years max. We’re gonna be dead forever at some stage, we may as well try and enjoy the short time we have. Mental health is like a wall. Sometimes it is strong, other times it may crumble or need a couple of bricks replacing. It needs maintenance and care in order to stay strong.
And finally, antidepressants are horrible. They may work for some people but not for me. I was on them for three years and hated it. I was numb. I felt like a version of myself. I gradually weaned myself off them. Nature’s larder is a far better anti-depressant than any SSRI. I move between a little depressed and who gives a shit. My dog is working on 16 years old now and when she’s gone I’ll review my future. I do not care about my life in the 2025 MHSAA Boys Golf Regionals shirt and I will buy this least and I’m mostly invisible to the world. Retiring will never be an option and I have no desire to work until I’m dead. Honestly there’s no good argument for me to be alive or dead. And please note that I am not suicidal in the least. I feel fine in my relationship with my wife. It’s my coworkers/ management team… I feel like everyone is out to get me. Some of the laziest people I’ve worked with have been promoted over me and several times I’ve pointed out stiff that was being done wrong (don’t use names because I don’t snitch but certain things to me working in food manufacturing can’t be done wrong just to save time) I get gaslit and told oh nobody would ever do that… but people have specifically pointed out instances that they believe I was avoiding work, where management actually did an investigation… and promptly told people I’m one of the best operators they have… but they’re willing to investigate me but nobody else? I don’t know. Might be paranoid.
You know how when you crack a hard-boiled egg, the 2025 MHSAA Boys Golf Regionals shirt and I will buy this broken-apart shell pieces are only held together by the thin film underneath? Some days are better than others. Sometimes my job feels like a prison sentence with the tie matching a hangman’s noose. I wish I could find something different, but the student loans gotta get paid. 4 weeks clean from self, caved yesterday, and did a serious number on myself. All tidied up now, no one’s seen it, so no one else is affected. Reliving past childhood trauma almost all day every day, want to but can’t, so have samaritans on speed dial and bury myself in model painting. But on a serious note, I think I’m very grateful cause I never felt that people hang out with me because of what I can give, cause that’s a big fat zero. I don’t give anything to anyone other than friendship and an occasional beer. I know my close friends like me and would help me or listen to my problems, i generally don’t feel comfortable talking to my worries to people but i know they would listen if i were to call them
Not the 2025 MHSAA Boys Golf Regionals shirt and I will buy this best, but I have to keep it help in because if I show any kind of negative emotion I feel stigmatized for it. Like I’m allowed to be angry or sad and to express it, I’m also human. Immensely. I am unable to talk about my problems nor my feelings to anyone as it is deemed unmanly. And with unable I mean that I actually feel an ick whenever I’m about to do so. I have occasional breakdowns in the shower where I cry my eyes out before continuing to conform to the charades of our social norms. I just want to wrap you all in a blanket, give you a hug and a cup of tea. You are allowed to be vulnerable. We woman should listen more. Instead of blabbering all the time. I feel so much on the verge of mentally collapsing that I fear reaching out to a therapist, and all my house of cards comes crashing down. My equilibrium is precarious, but at least, it’s there
Reading through the 2025 MHSAA Boys Golf Regionals shirt and I will buy this replies reminds me that we live in a harsh money-orientedculture that teaches us to view each other as commodities and to commodify and use the people in our lives. Be kind to yourself and take care. “If your compassion does not include yourself, it is incomplete.” — Jack Kornfield Previous partners have acted abusively toward me (emotionally mostly, but some physically) and it’s kind of just been accepted I should deal with it. My current partner is incredibly supportive, and if anything appreciative of the fact I cry at dumb things (dumb things here being things I can’t really explain. The flying scene at the start of How to train your Dragon 2, I cry every time, I’m moved. I have no explanation why) Generally however I feel I am mentally sturdy. I’ve taken the reigns when shit’s hit the fan (my dad’s passing for instance) and can shoulder burdens I feel maybe my partner/sister may not have been able to.
But I for sure have had my own issues with self esteem and worth. Being made redundant twice definitely brought that to the 2025 MHSAA Boys Golf Regionals shirt and I will buy this front in the past. And while I am very of my partner for doing as well as she has, and outearning me – and we have agreed to her paying more of the mortgage/bills as a result. When I have been in hard times (such as previously mentioned redundancy) I have refused to let her pay for “silly things” like my hobbies, video games etc. Not because of some weird sexist issue of like… I should be buying her things or something. But some silly pride of I don’t deserve nice things if I can’t afford them myself? Which is ridiculous, because when I was earning and she was still in uni I regularly bought her gifts and treats, why not accept the same?
I think the 2025 MHSAA Boys Golf Regionals shirt and I will buy this bigger issue I notice is a few of my guy friends seem to go through hard times and don’t… do anything about it? They don’t seem to open up or get help and that hurts to see. One buddy went through a particular rough patch and ended up getting some help and ever since he is now the one who regularly seems to check that I am doing well: Not just a casual “hows things” but a proper like… relationship good? life seem good? doing alright? And I do wonder if that is a reaction to the fact that previously… no one was doing that for him? I think in my personal circles I don’t feel so bad, I feel loved and all that jazz. My issue is with wider perception. I do notice a trend in cultural and social views that it is entirely acceptable for men to suffer. The shit and dangerous jobs, the burdens of stress and trauma are kind of… expected. It’s treated like a tragedy… but an expected one – not one we are meant to do anything to help? I don’t want to turn this in to a gender war as I absolutely get the imbalances on a societal level generally favour men over women. But it is constantly painful to see men’s safety ignored. Just look at reactions if you point out more men walking alone at night get attacked than women walking alone. ( I fully accept men are the vast majority of those doing harm in these instances) It’s really odd being statistically more likely to be a victim while being denied the shelter/relief given to others. As someone who actively was attacked one night doing my paper round it rubs me the wrong way seeing someone say “you don’t understand what it feels like to feel afraid walking home at night” like I dunno… have you had 5 people taller than you standing around you screaming in your face and sporadically punching you? I might understand that fear more than you
I feel worthless When I have defended myself from a murder attempt the 2025 MHSAA Boys Golf Regionals shirt and I will buy this police arrest me not the person who tried to kill me Very. Late adhd diagnosis at 35. Lived all my life with anxiety and depression. Never had a partner who really understood me. I always struggled with communication and understanding people and emotions of people. My ex wife used to get our close friends together and give me something resembling interventions where they would bag on me based on some issue she would tell them about. The reality was I was struggling to stay a float and felt like I had no support at all from my ex or friends. Mental health for me is very steady as I’ve matured enough to understand and accept that I’m just one man and all I have to offer anyone is blood, sweat, and toil.
For the 2025 MHSAA Boys Golf Regionals shirt and I will buy this big things, like self image and ability to stay composed in typically hard situations (loss of a loved one, medical diagnosis) i’m solid as a rock. For the day to day, like knowing how to act when i’ve messed up or what do to when my wife and kids are fighting, i’m a wreck. After having to walk on egg-shells around my dad all my growing years i’ve become horrible at knowing how to react to the strong emotions of others. I’ve spent a lot of time practicing self-care and I’ve gotten to the point where I don’t really feel like I need validation from others to get by anymore. That being said, it would be really nice if just once someone reached out to me because they wanted to, not because they want me to fix something for them. i have a tough life sometimes ! but then i remember im not a young mexican chap on his knees about to be dismembered and flayed alive with machetes
