I try to work out about 4x a week, occasionally more, often less. I try to stay active but I’m no athlete, and I’m exhausted after about 45 minutes or less. Even though I’ve been doing it for 30 years, I still get fatter and fatter. But if I don’t work out for a few days, I do feel pretty lethargic.
