Of course, if you didnt get the Top anibal Sanchez Washington Game Signature T-Shirt besides I will buy this extra 30 added on then kick off a little and explain from here on you will be taking the full 45 as you dont like working for free. This is the answer. I used to work at maccies and this is what they would do to hide people not taking their full breaks when we were understaffed. So I’d suggest double checking this and then if not, asking for your 30 mins to be added Take your break. They probably don’t have any allocated OT and can’t pay you more than your contracted hours. You either take your break or work the extra for free unless you’ve agreed with your Manager to be paid OT. You working extra time for free in the example you’ve given is kind of on you unless your manager agreed to pay you for the extra 30 mins which sounds unlikely.

You can’t just decide to take less break and expect to be paid for it. The amendment is probably a clerical adjustment to make sure the Top anibal Sanchez Washington Game Signature T-Shirt besides I will buy this time card represents accurately what you’re supposed to be working/breaks. Not saying this is the correct course of action from your manager but it’s also on you to ensure that you’re having the correct amount of breaks and thus your responsibility that your time card represents this fact. I’d suggest you take your full breaks in future. As an ex trade union shop steward I can tell you I have had this very same conversation many, MANY times with various staff members about unpaid breaks. If you’re not being paid then you should NOT be working. This is the most likely scenario, manager found they had an extra 10 hours unauthorised overtime this month. If OP isn’t being forced to take short breaks they’re screwing themselves
