It was bad; she accidentally started a pot of coffee over an already full pot, and this bitch took her into the back and she came out crying; didn’t know how to explain WHY what the manager said made her cry but the gist was ‘ well I put you there because I thought you could handle it and I’m really ashamed and embarrassed I thought so highly of you!’ She stuck me in the girls’ position and I was helping her clean up the coffee while doing my stuff/taking orders, as I had the experience, and this woman had the AUDACITY to tell me to stop helping her/let her clean it up, and I was just like ‘why?’ ‘because she made the mess’ ‘we’re a team and she clearly needs support and help right now so I’m going to help her.’ And that was when she pulled the poor girl into the office; I took that shit above her head so fast.. It’s one thing if you’re being shitty to me, but to literally like the sweetest kid ever?? Come on! I can’t stand seeing adults picking on children like high school bullies, man.)
