TITLES AND THUMBNAILS BUT TITLES!!! I HATE CREATING THEM. I’ll literally delay a video that I created weeks ago just because I can’t think of a FREAKIN TITLE. OMG Videos usually start with the THUNDER GIRL Shirt also I will do this idea or title. What is the story you are trying to tell and why should the audience watch? Ever tried any AI for this? Give me 10 YouTube titles about ‘include description about video content’ and you now get to choose one that is catchy. Yes I tried AI, it doesn’t create good enough titles in my opinion. It’s just that … Creating titles for the same premise is rough You need to perhaps approach it from the viewers perspective. Why should I be curious enough to watch this video? Why should I click? Artwork and animation takes a lot of time, but these days I’ve been putting more of an emphasis on writing, which is taking a long time too. Of all the skills I use, writing is the most important, so those are the skills I’m really trying to flesh out and improve. I see all these different answers here, and everyone seems to be saying something different, indicating they find different things hard. People will be proficient at different things, have different levels of creativity, and make different types of videos. For animated videos, editing is going to be very time consuming, but not so much for gaming videos. You may be creative and good at making thumbnails, or you may have 0 creativity and have a hard time at it. For audio, again it depends on the video type and the service you get your music from. For example, I think audio would be the hardest part on a music video, editing on an animated video, thumbnails on a gaming video, etc.

THUNDER GIRL Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Thumbnails, titles, and video description. For me those dont feel like part of my creative process, they feel like necessary evils for me to get my creative process in front of people. And I hate necessary evils. Thumbnails comes to mind. But also for me editing. Editing takes the THUNDER GIRL Shirt also I will do this most time because I don’t show my face. I use my voice but everything else has to be added so it’s very time consuming. Lol I am subscribed to myself on a different channel and YouTube pushes my content to me at such weird times. Sometimes it’s immediately. Sometimes it’s 3 days later. I know it pushes content… just haven’t figured out when or why. Honestly, recording the video (like having to repeat movements or parts to get better takes to avoid having to reshoot), and going through the raw footage for the bigger rough cut.
