It’s an expensive drink mixer, which is pretty dumb. Lots of bad info and assumptions in this thread. If anyone is really curious I recommend listening this interview with the billionaire founder of this idea, who’s main goal is to reduce carbon footprint, not make money. This thing is supposed to contain all those chemical compounds and dispense them in precisely the right amounts to replicate wine, whisky, coffee, apple juice, etc. How on earth can it replicate stuff that is so specific? I think it would be more like “generic whisky flavor 2” type of thing.
