Indian Parents who aren’t financially, emotionally and mentally ready to have a kid; have it and then make the child suffer because of their shortcomings; make it seem like we should be eternally grateful to them for providing a roof above our heads and clothes and food to eat (like that’s basic necessity, that every child should have). They pass on the generational trauma to their kids, project their insecurities on their kids, most of the time emotionally unavailable and mental and physical abuse which is socially acceptable makes me so sick.
