Women should be able to terminate pregnancies before viability (at least) in any state for any reason whatsoever. Period, full stop. I could give a shit about this guys specific scenario. I dont need to know his wife was raped. I dont need to know she didn’t find out she was pregnant for 2 months. The state sure as fuck doesnt need to know that information either. If the fetus isnt viable, it’s her body. Of course, there are other specific scenarios after viability that must be debated, but my point that women have to justify this decision to the state or their community is bullshit.
