My left eyelid slightly droops at night or when I’m tired (or high). I read forcing your body to use a single eye helps strengthen it and it’s worked! The recommendation for kids (it’s a common treatment for kids while their eyes are developing is) to wear like 10hours, I’ve just done evenings for 2-4 hours and that’s been plenty I have this issue and I looked into patching but everything I read said it isn’t effective after childhood. You just convinced me to give it a whirl! Did you get like a cloth “pirate” eye patch or those sticky ones?
