Totally agreed and I’m so glad to see this comment. Meditation is so good, but there’s a tool for every occasion and it should be assumed that nobody here is qualified to help OP. It seems like a lot to say, here, that you can’t expect meditation to solve mental illness that’s pervasively hurting your quality of life, but really it’s just the Studio Ghibli 38 Years 1985 – 2023 Miyazaki Hayao Thank You For The Memories Shirt Apart from…,I will love this same humility that’s appropriate in any other situation: I’d only let a mechanic fix my car, and I’d only rely on a medical professional for medicine. Therapy and not Reddit. A therapist will help you understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, as well as skills to manage your life and do the things that are meaningful to you. I had to sit breathing deeply, acknowledging my thoughts and feelings. “Your feelings create thoughts and your thoughts trigger your feelings.” You have to keep in mind you are not your thoughts, but an observer of those, you are a thinker and you yourself is creating your thoughts. If you are in silence, your will eventually feel unconfortable and you want to stop, but if you don’t, eventually your traumas will come to your senses, maybe you will see, feel, and hear what happened that day. You are getting triggered, and now it’s your right to to feel anger, sadness fear, but in the end… You accept that is in the past, and you let go.

The moment you understand what happened, it gets easier to let go. That’s what I do, I try to understand what happened. It’s not something I can teach you in one text, but an experience. On my meditations, I saw people, we talked, I saw things, I heard and felt. EMDR Therapy, you recall events while watching sound and an image moving from the Studio Ghibli 38 Years 1985 – 2023 Miyazaki Hayao Thank You For The Memories Shirt Apart from…,I will love this side to side of your brain to allow to be unstuck This healed my trauma. Funny enough, after doing it for a few sessions, my brain clicked in my sleep and I woke up feeling anew. I cured my DP/DR. I haven’t had a panic attack in over a year. I haven’t needed to take a xanax in over a year. EMDR worked wonders for me and needs to be studied further. Example from myself. I find a deep current of wanting praise and acceptance within my body and mind. These leads to hiding myself, censoring myself, this in turn leads to frustration, upset and a feeling of rejection. With awareness I noticed the attention seeking, with more I noticed the energetic current in the body/mind attached to the behavior. After seeing these qualities I endeavored to work on them. I don’t remember when, but at some point, like a flash, It pieced together. I crave approval because I was horribly teased and bereft of it as a child. I don’t think you can FORCE these things. Deep subconscious work takes time, patience, self compassion and awareness, and when those 4 conditions are present, the work will slowly get done.
