I actually really like their serum foundation. It took a few trials to figure out how to make it work but it absolutely makes my skin glow and I love it! I used to love their old formula but the Sometimes It Takes Me All Day To Get Nothing Done Cat Meme shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this new one looks terrible on me I miss it because they were one of the only brands where I actually found a near-perfect match for my skintone. You have to have something on your lips, even if it’s a clear gloss. A fully done, elaborate eye looks goofy with naked lips. I feel good that I let that out. What a load off. In the same vein: one of my least favorite things is a big elaborate eye look then a nude glossy lip. Give me a tinted gloss, or a lip oil, anything The nude lips are the worst thing ever atleast have a hint of pink or red in there. Everyone just has these nude/brown lips now & it’s BORING!! Also I rly hate the ombre/gradient lip trend where you do it darker on the lip line & a rly light/bright color in the Center (unless it’s black liner & a dark red in the middle but the nude ombre combos are so ugly imo) God, yeah. I always go all out with my eye makeup, and I look like a lunatic til I sort out my lips. Then again, dark lipsticks make up half of my identity, so I’m probably a bit biased. omg yes to #2. I’m so tired of people talking about how bad or over priced a product is bc it’s low coverage when it’s supposed to be low coverage. If you only like high coverage foundations of course you’re not going to feel like a skin tint is doing enough for you idk why you’re surprised lol Clinique black honey lipstick & gloss are my favorite things in the entire world. I was so sad when it got so popular bc my mom works with clinique & could rarely get her hands on one bc they sold out so fast

Idk if this is really an unpopular opinion, but I’m really tired of eyeshadows having PET or PBT glitter and then being labeled “pigment powders” or something. They then get advertised as eyeshadows or being very close to the Sometimes It Takes Me All Day To Get Nothing Done Cat Meme shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this eye, and but there’s teeny tiny text saying “Not intended for use on or around the eye.” I just think that’s so scummy. Yes I am thinking of ColourPop, but it’s also just something I’ve been noticing in other brands (ABH, Peripera, Clio, etc.) ever since glitter, shimmer, and metallic shadows have gotten trendier. I love shimmery eyeshadows so much, but everytime I see a pretty eyeshadow with sparkles, I have to double check the ingredients list. I’m going to get flamed for this, but since it’s unpopular opinion time…. dewy, glass skin looks greasy af. I said what i said. I’m 32 and I literally just asked my best friend where the line was between dewy and glazed doughnut neither of us have figured it out
