But now I think the San Antonio Brahmas Our Town Our Team Our Herd Shirt and I love this real personal change comes from implementing meditation as a life skill, such that it’s almost more important** to meditate for 1 minute twenty times a day than it is to meditate for twenty minutes once a day. I sort of came to this conclusion on my own, but iirc a youtube video with Shinzen Young really crystallized it into a conscious belief. I think he called it “practice in motion.” How this works for me is that I focus on vipassana and noting style techniques on the cushion, then whenever I remember throughout the day try to slip in to using those techniques for a few seconds while going about my day. Standard vipassana is great for calming, grounding, and getting in touch with embodied emotions, but overall is a bit weak dealing with the “thinking” aspect of experience, imo, so learning Mahasi Sayadaw-style noting complements it nicely for dealing with thoughts.

San Antonio Brahmas Our Town Our Team Our Herd Shirt: Get Cozy in this shirt

**This is a bit tricky, because formal practice is essential to learning the San Antonio Brahmas Our Town Our Team Our Herd Shirt and I love this techniques under laboratory conditions, but I’m starting to believe it doesn’t help all that much if you’re not implementing it.
We need three pieces of information: the San Antonio Brahmas Our Town Our Team Our Herd Shirt and I love this length of the perimeter of a house, the dimensions of a treadmill, and the power consumption of said treadmill. I couldn’t find the length of the perimeter of a home (probably because it can vary so greatly nobody bothered to survey it), so I’ll just take the square footage of a standard American home, find the square root of it, and multiply that by 4. Quora says in 2015, American homes covered 2687 square feet, so we’ll assume there is around 207 feet of wall to cover. Consumer Reports says that treadmills are around 35 inches wide. That means we’ll need 71 treadmills to cover our hypothetical home. Energy Sage says that treadmills will consume 600-700 watts of power. Let’s take the median (650) and convert that to kWh, multiply by 24 and the number of treadmills to get 184.6 kWh a day.

About this San Antonio Brahmas Our Town Our Team Our Herd Shirt

That means, assuming the San Antonio Brahmas Our Town Our Team Our Herd Shirt and I love this power meter is still running and you’re being auto billed, the zombie defense will cost about $31.20 per day. median is the middle number in a list of sorted numbers so for “10 17 20” 17 is the median, in your case 650 is the mean or what us mere mortals call it “the average” Would be better for them to make a reverse treadmill (ugh, how do you put it, a treadmill fitted with a dynamo so that it can produce electricity) and power their house for the entire apocalypse. Put the treadmills at about a 5 degree incline for power-neutral, and higher than 10 degrees they probably re-evolve brains to get around the energy expenditure. I was going to mention they make manual treadmills that require no power and are more or less a hamster wheel with the user creating the movement of the tread. In that case, it wouldn’t require any power at all, and we can even consider how the energy could be harnessed from these manual treadmills. Disclaimer: All of these numbers are from quick google searches, so feel free to correct me if I got anything way off. This is also a very US-centric answer. Trigger warning for those allergic to imperial units. The average treadmills uses .6kWh and are 3 ft wide. The biggest unknown variable is how big the actual house is. I looked at floor plans for several big 5 bed room houses. For the perimeter I came up with a very rough range of 200 to 400 ft. This would mean you’d need 66 to 133 treadmills.
The power needed to run the San Antonio Brahmas Our Town Our Team Our Herd Shirt and I love this treadmills would be 39.6 – 79.8 kWh. The average household uses 30kWh a day. So in one hour, you’d use more electricity than what a typical household would use in an entire day. This doesn’t even account for anything else using electricity in the house, like lights/heating/cooling. Technically a big house with very capable electric circuit, capable of handling 200Amps or more would be able to handle the load, but it would be expensive as fuck. The average cost for electricity in the US is .17 dollars per kwh, so with these numbers, we’re talking $162 to $323 per day just for the treadmills. Amount of treadmills stays the same Amount of electricity and amps should also be the same or at least similar and is already in SI Average price of electricity in EU is €0.289 per kWh (data from first half of 2023), giving a cost of €275 to €549 per day for the treadmills. Average price of electricity in UK is £0.286 per kWh (data from Q1 2024), giving a cost of £273 to £543 per day for the treadmills.
Keep in mind that for the San Antonio Brahmas Our Town Our Team Our Herd Shirt and I love this EU electricity price it heavily depends on where you are and also that I couldn’t find any data that was more recent. Also data is the first thing I found on google so I’m also not sure about the accuracy for the UK.So we’re not even going to pretend to separate the church and state anymore. That’s just done now. I mean, Alabama’s Supreme Court just quoted the Bible while ruling that embryos are the exact same thing as living, breathing children. They’re not hiding it. By their umbilical cord, surely? Can’t have all these entitled babies thinkin’ someone just gonna hand them a pair of booties! And then realized that they could argue a women’s egg is alive and needs to be protected so conception would be banned…
Places like Hobby Lobby already did. There are a number of christo-fascist corporations who limit or ban employees from purchasing birth control through their health insurance plans. The thing that puzzles me is that their holy book never once forbids, condemns or prohibits abortion. In fact it tells you how to give your wife an abortion if you suspect she has been unfaithful. And that tripe that life begins at conception? It’s not in the San Antonio Brahmas Our Town Our Team Our Herd Shirt and I love this Bible. They made it up. The Bible actually says that life begins with the “First Breath”. Turns out it’s because that view is political calculus from the 80s, rather than being grounded solidly in the book. Manufactured by the same group of people who also gave us the 1980s Satanic Panic bullshit. Their war against heavy metal and role playing board games ended up hurting a lot of people due to christofascist nutjobs accusing people of murdering children in rituals. As ridiculous as their demon nonsense sounds, these people are absolutely dangerous and should not be dismissed. starting to think we should revisit and investigate the satanic panic. If theres one thing I’ve learned these last 20 years of watching conservatives it’s that every accusation is a coffession. A point to observe regarding the Bible verse is that the woman still has no choice in the matter. It’s men deciding what happens to her body and the fetus.
Clarence Thomas laid it out. They’re going after IVF, contraception, same-sex marriage, and interracial marriage. Yes, it’s crazy. Or that women need to utilize eggs and must be pregnant x times before 45, or be married by 18, or aren’t allowed to work so they can take care of kids. The texts that were assembled into the San Antonio Brahmas Our Town Our Team Our Herd Shirt and I love this Bible mostly actively contradict it, with most lines for “alive” set at either (roughly) third trimester or first breath. The Bible definitely does not support the conservative POV one bit but they love to quote it. Until Reagan, Christians were mostly liberal or center left. There’s a verse in Jeremiah (the exact verses used by the SCO’ Talibama, actually) where God says that he knew “you in the womb” laid out plans for his life, blah blah. But, and I haven’t checked yet, I’m willing to bet that Hebrew “you” is singular. As in applying directly to Jeremiah. They were having a little chat. Johnson was reportedly railing against government, saying that without God in their lives people will turn to the government for guidance. The sermon lasted for a full third of the meeting according to the anonymous members. That is too funny. The Speaker of the House, literally, railing against government and annoying his conservative “flock” with a tedious sermon. Hallelujah! I’ve already prayed to God to do something about the costs of housing, healthcare, daycare, education, prescription drugs, the solvency of Social Security and Medicare, climate change, etc.
God responded back and said he endowed humans with brains to work this stuff all out on our own, but we still vote Republican so it’s on us. Two direct replies to your comment are “sometimes they make out with me” and “sometimes they fart.” I sense that the San Antonio Brahmas Our Town Our Team Our Herd Shirt and I love this spirit of James Joyce has come upon us. several of them are retiring at the end of this term… hopefully they don’t get replaced with someone even further to the right. Places like MTG’s district worry me as to who floats to the top. wHaTaBoT hUnTeRs pEnIS!!!??!! still talking about hillaries emails 8 years later…. As much as MTG is bad, she seems normal next to people like Johnson. I’d rather deal with nutty grifters than nutty religious types
Maybe they should all install the San Antonio Brahmas Our Town Our Team Our Herd Shirt and I love this porn app he and his son uses to keep everyone in the Republican Party in check. The fact that he does believe in it makes it all the more hilarious that he’ll probably burn in hell for eternity for worshipping a false orange god… That’s the most hilarious part of this… they use Christianity to get votes, but that’s as far as it goes for the vast majority of them. When the sermon started, many of them probably looked around the room for cameras just in case.
“You idiot, Mike, you were supposed to use religion as a ploy to get our gullible, delusional base to send us more money…and as a distraction from bread and butter issues. You weren’t supposed to actually believe that shit.” Sounds like the San Antonio Brahmas Our Town Our Team Our Herd Shirt and I love this Republicans are unhappy. A Talibangelical actually has his own agenda. He wants to turn America into Christanistan. What did they think was going to happen? Bless his heart. He just wants a lil’ ol’ fundamentalist theocracy instead of a pluralistic system of checks and balances based on the recognition of the inherent freedoms possessed by the individual as a keystone of a just society. C’mon, is that really so much to ask? “Worried House Republicans are looking to Johnson for plans for keeping their majority after record-low productivity for this Congress. Instead, he is offering thoughts and prayers.”
Mike “has no bank accounts” Johnson goes on TV and says voices in his head tell him he’s Moses. Can’t make this sh!t up. The Criscotaliban and Y’all Qaida will tell any lie and commit any atrocities to get a theocracy so they can attack their enemies and have the San Antonio Brahmas Our Town Our Team Our Herd Shirt and I love this end of days wars. Voting out McCarthy was a huge mistake. He was a lesser, necessary evil who at least negotiated with Democrats. The way he riled up the MAGA crowd could have been theater. Of course, McCarthy’s fall is on him entirely. While he was willing to work with Democrats, he was also willing to backstab them for the vibes. That’s what cost him his speakership because it meant Democrats wouldn’t save him. What never ceases to shock me, is that they’re not interested in the better parts of the Bible: love, my neighbour; the parable of the good Samaritan; blessed are the meek etc. Yep. I still can’t get over him and his son spying on each other’s pr0n habits via that fucking ridiculous app they use. I think it’s far more likely we get a shutdown than we don’t. It’s a near certainty that Trump’s already told some of them he wants it for the damage to the economy. And they’ve been chomping at the bit for one anyway. He has already said out loud that he wants the economy to fail for his own benefit. He has already admitted that he killed the border bill for his own benefit.
At this point I wholeheartedly believe that any “independent” voters are far worse than any single person in the San Antonio Brahmas Our Town Our Team Our Herd Shirt and I love this MAGA camp, up to and including, Trump himself. We at least know where they stand. “Hmmm…I don’t know who I should support…The guy who is quite literally and very vocally rooting for the country to fail or the guy that is a few years older than him.” “The guy who has literally said that he wants to suspend the constitution, or the guy who has a bit of a stutter.” I’m to the point where “independent” voters couldn’t die off fast enough…If they don’t die off they will be the death of this country. These people are incredibly dangerous. The Alabama decisions use of Christian ideas and concepts oats the groundwork for other theocratic rulings in other subjects. It’s a canary in a coal mine and is meant to be so. They know that Political Christianity is supposed be mostly just for public performance. But this was a private retreat, more suitable for f***ing their interns. “Worried House Republicans are looking to Johnson for plans for keeping their majority after record-low productivity for this Congress. Instead, he is offering thoughts and prayers.” Remember in Game of Thrones when the religious cult took over the monarchy? That would absolutely happen if the Left wasn’t pulling the end of their rifle from the toes on their feet.
Exactly what did they think was going to happen? That he was going to run down the San Antonio Brahmas Our Town Our Team Our Herd Shirt and I love this hallowed halls of Congress stripping and waving his pants in circles, like all the rest of them?
I’m kind of surprised the San Antonio Brahmas Our Town Our Team Our Herd Shirt and I love this White House doesn’t just retain staff for that, given the long line of Presidential pets. They used to do just that, but reports emerged that John Quincy Adams alligator made sexually charged advances toward the caretaker in the East Room. Since then it has been seen as more of a liability. I don’t want any more context I just want these two statements to exist in my head for the rest of my life completely unmodified. Look we’ve already put these allegations to bed. President Trump granted a full pardon to that Alligator but he did it in his head which is the right of any President just by thinking it. It’s his own fault! Swimming naked in the Potomac, what sort of an example was that for an impressionable crocodilian Bruh this comment just had me in tears. I’m now laughing picturing a sexually aggressive alligator in the White House He has also taken responsibility to walk presidential dogs from Richard Nixon’s Irish Setter King Timahoe to Joe Biden’s German Shepherd Commander.’ This, exactly F’ing this! That Shepherd is guaranteed to protect the Biden’s, they will take a bullet… he’s quite likely a beautiful lovely dog outside the chaos of the White House, especially if Dr Jill could walk him on her own. He seems to keep going for the forearms, he’s literally doing his job in the chaos. Poor guy.
We have a 14 month old long hair Shepherd, he’s incredibly lovely, well trained beyond belief, but man, the San Antonio Brahmas Our Town Our Team Our Herd Shirt and I love this last 3-4 weeks he’s started barking & damn, that bark. He could do some serious damage if anyone ever tried to break in. I’ve yet to hear our 200+ lb English Mastiff bark. His growl when we wrestle is super low pitched and makes my brain vibrate. I would not want him genuinely pissed at me. I was wrestling with my daughter one time and she was screaming/laughing at the same time, and our dog got up, walked over, gently pulled my hand off of her with his mouth and then gently put his jaws around my entire forearm and just stood there staring me down like “this will not end well for you if you don’t stop what you’re doing.” It was awesome and a little scary. He’s such a great dog. Her very protective of the kids; especially my daughter.
Mastiffs are scary when they stop being friendly slow lumbering giants. I had a friend get nipped by one in the San Antonio Brahmas Our Town Our Team Our Herd Shirt and I love this ass running away, I think it was just a warning, and let me tell you it was not pretty. Unfortunate common case of people bringing in a dog that they don’t have the energy or time to properly care for. And for a dog as fiercely loyal as a GSD this whole “it takes a village” approach to raising the dog is not gonna work well. Yeah, this is a breed that does not do well in such a high traffic environment without a very firm hand. Too few people take breed temperament into consideration when getting a pet. I feel like they should let the dog stay somewhere else or give it to someone else. If my dog bit someone 24 times she would be put to sleep. But I’d also see the need to relocate my dog.
I feel like they would just put the San Antonio Brahmas Our Town Our Team Our Herd Shirt and I love this dog down, because that’s literally 10.5x what would constitute a problematic/viscous dog in every part of the country I’ve lived. I don’t say that politically at all, and I get why the first dog is being given so much leeway, but, if my dog bit people even twice, depending on the situations, I’d put the animal down myself. Or you could rehome the dog to owners who have the space and the expertise to handle the animal and give it a good life. In this situ with the dog being constantly bugged by SS personnel where it usually wouldn’t I’d go with a muzzle instead after a single bite. Allowing your dog to bite anyone this many times is irresponsible FDR also had a German Shepard named after a military rank (Major) that had to be sent to live somewhere else after biting secret service agents. As someone who has to deal with the occasional dog at work, this just seems like a German Shepherd thing. I’m not afraid of Pits, but GSD’s terrify me. I’m typing this petting my GSD in bed. She is very loyal to me because I rescued her from a shitty neglectful home, but I’ve seen her get really pissed off at other dogs before and she gets intense. Sometimes, I think to myself “this animal I’m petting on my bed is fully capable of killing me right now if it wanted to.” And this is why we ask the owners to put on a muzzle at the vet hospital haha those GSD have a reputation for being great pets but terrible patients
