Or on days when you don’t have to get up early go out and play loud professional guitar tracks. “Clap” by yes/Steve Howe. You know the Rocky And Bullwinkle Wossamotta U Graphic shirt also I will do this sort of thing. Try to shame him into stopping. Some classic Spanish stuff might be good. Get yourself a microphone and a pair of speakers. Plug them in to your computer and set it up to play back whatever it records but with a short delay. Even better if you can randomise or vary the delay. It’ll make it really hard for him to concentrate and maintain correct timing. Had a neighbour whose alarm would go off at 5am and they wouldn’t turn it off until 6am. This lasted two nights. On the third night I screamed “TURN THAT FUCKING ALARM OFF YOU ENTITLED CUNT” at the top of my voice, then walked round and rang their doorbell for 5 minutes (they didn’t answer). Never had a problem like that again, and we’re back on speaking terms after a few months of awkwardness. Do you have a straight visual to him from your house? Get a spotlight and shine it directly at where he sits. Leave it on 24/7.

Rocky And Bullwinkle Wossamotta U Graphic shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater, long sleeve tee

Police wont be bothered since it is private property and they have more important things to do like not arresting people calling for genocide. Had the Rocky And Bullwinkle Wossamotta U Graphic shirt also I will do this same with my neighbours barking dogs, every time they let them out, they barked LF, I’d scream at the top of my voice to shut them up. When the neighbours didn’t come home overnight after leaving them out all, I’d just greet them in the morning when they pulled up. To be honest they’re absolutely wankers as a neighbour and I’ll be glad to see them go but after so much direct vocal complaints their dogs ended up being given to their family. Also they were bad dog parents as they never ever ever walked them once and just left them to stew in the rear yard.
Buy a drum kit, play it at 7am. the Rocky And Bullwinkle Wossamotta U Graphic shirt also I will do this morning after. It worked for me. And drumming is not only fun but good cardio. So, you obviously offered him your electric guitar and headphones so that he wouldn’t make so much noise when he played, but he replied “I like to chill with my tunes at night”. Does he actually understand it’s causing an issue for you? I think people like to be overly polite and offer solutions to the problem without actually describing what the problem is, leaving an onus on people to kinda pick up that it might be a problem without explicitly saying so. Maybe mention to him that you understand he likes to play his guitar at night, but it is keeping you awake and causes the dogs to wake up when he slams his door, thus making it explicit and making any revenge behaviour justifiable.

More about this Rocky And Bullwinkle Wossamotta U Graphic shirt

I think it’s one of those ones where you try and have another polite chat with him about it and see if you can get through to him. If that fails, I guess, as annoying as it is, the Rocky And Bullwinkle Wossamotta U Graphic shirt also I will do this next option is to find a solution at your end. We live near a fairly busy road and it disturbs my partner, so she often sleeps with ear plugs in or plays sleep soundscapes or stories from the Calm app. Or, alternatively, you go the full way and have a massive go at him. But, in my experience, heated disputes with neighbours in rural areas are never pleasant and best avoided unless the neighbour is genuinely doing something terrible. Tell the cunt you’re not happy with his playing at night and that you’ll be a spiteful prick if you have to be, then convince him why he doesn’t want you to be
Mate, just play some hardcore porn on FULL VOLUME. I can guarantee that this will stop the Rocky And Bullwinkle Wossamotta U Graphic shirt also I will do this noise disturbance, he’ll want to hear what’s happening You’ve asked nicely that’s the passive aggressive covered already. Document it and record it and stick the Council on him under the EPA rules. Ask him to soundproof the room. Say you can help you have PTSD and it can trigger it….or someother BS…but, be nice. No point in getting angry with neighbours it never ends well. I had a friend like this, he couldn’t understand that everyone couldn’t just be chill with him playing drums all day and all night. Or just buy noise cancelling iPhone ear pods – I know people who wear them all week and have to set a reminder to remove them for cleaning. Get a kazoo. Whenever he decides to do guitar practice, provide an enthusiastic kazoo backing track. Or if you are feeling flush, maybe a trombone? Or if you are feeling especially satanic, consider a vuvuzela. I know this is a jokey thread, but can you not involve the police/council in this? I’m pretty sure playing music outside at 3:00 am breaks some kind of rule. Mate I know your pain, we moved into a middle house between two end terraces and not for the fault of the neighbours (I blame the dickhead who designed and built the house – its a new build) but you can’t get any rest anywhere in here, because as soon as you move to the other side of the house you can hear all the bangs and booms. I haven’t had a good nights sleep in about 4.5months, tenancy is 6-months but I’m moving out either this weekend or next and having to foot a months rent/bills just for some peace of mind.
Bit sensible, sorry, but get straight on to your local authority and start a noise pollution diary. If any neighbors chip in too, you’re in a good place for a tasty little noise abetment order. As well as some of the Rocky And Bullwinkle Wossamotta U Graphic shirt also I will do this other sterling advice on here, consider passive aggressively changing your WiFi router name to ‘there’s always a c*nt with a guitar’ On top of the other suggestions you have here… every day he does this… go tell him first thing in the morning before you go to work. Just pop over and knock loudly on his front door, wait 10 seconds and knock again, repeat as needed/desired. Don’t wait longer than you feel appropriate for him to actually answer the door, but if you do see him, just let him know you’re not happy about his earlier ‘performance’, and ask that he not do it again. I would work out what time he goes to sleep and then blast some heavy metal or rock. I’ve done this before and it was highly satisfying. Sing at the tip of your lungs too.
Every time he does it loudly bang on his front door until his partner or him answers. She’ll get sick of it eventually when she’s had no sleep. Print off a bunch of listings for this: Just go out side with your electric guitar and get a nice amp during the Rocky And Bullwinkle Wossamotta U Graphic shirt also I will do this time u work out hes sleeping…and when he moans hes sleeping say its day time bitch and im just chilling with my tunes. I also recommened a tube screamer pedal and drop it to c tuning to really hammer the bass notes. That dont work…..smash your electric guitar over his head at 2 am. Apart from telling him to shut up (Windsor Davies style) every time, you mentioned you have an electric guitar. Whenever he goes out there to play go out there with your electric amp turned up high and blast him out.
Have a chat with the Rocky And Bullwinkle Wossamotta U Graphic shirt also I will do this fella , pop the kettle on and just be honest, tell him he’s a bit shit and at 2am it’s bloody annoying. It’s not like you’re in a block of shitty flats with crack head neighbours partying 24/7 to commercial EDM shite. Just go there and take the guitar and smash nit to pieces then smack the prick In the mouth and say I did warn you you spoilt little cunt and say this you being nice next time you are going to stick it up his ass hole side ways and then knock his teeth done his throat and walk away and close his front door Get one of those new water pistols, that shoot beads of water instead of streams. They have a range of c. 30m IIRC. Should be plenty to lean out of your window and hit him when he won’t shut up. No pain, just annoyance as he will have to deal with being wet and cold. As long as you don’t damage the guitar (Criminal Damage) then you’re all good.
I wouldn’t bother trying to be Passive Agressive. You’ve asked nicely (Twice) he’s not listened. Time to skip the Rocky And Bullwinkle Wossamotta U Graphic shirt also I will do this passive and go just full on aggressive…. Calmly walk up to him and cut the strings. Failing that start playing guitar at 9am outside his place, but first give him a police knock! This is an extremely boring but effective response, simply call the council and report it as noise pollution. You’ll need to keep a diary of the activity. Helpful if if your mobile phone can pick it up and record as it will time and date stamp it. If you get your other neighbours to also complain this will help. He’ll receive a visit from an environmental health officer and will get a warning about future conduct. Continued breaches will result in fines and, or, court appearances. Ultimately the equipment used to make the noise can be confiscated. If he persists he’ll receive one of a number of civil orders ( like asbo’s) breaching one of these becomes a criminal matter with penalties up to custody for repeat breaches. However, in truth most people comply after the first visit unless they are total dicks. End to end will take 6 months if he ignores the first visit.
Is he young? if he is you could get the Rocky And Bullwinkle Wossamotta U Graphic shirt also I will do this some speakers that emit a high pitched noise that can’t be heard by older folks. buy one of the and point it at his garden and have it set on a timer 23:00 – 4:00. If its after 11pm you have every right to go the council, alternatively set up the fastest bluegrass and country music you can find, put it through a rather loud speaker and go to work lol I had a friend do this in an apartment block and it worked like a charm! he’ll now know what it’s like to start a day with less than 4 hours sleep 🫡 I don’t know what it is about “musicians” (it’s rarely ones that are any good) that makes them so oblivious to the fact that anyone within a 1/4 mile radius is routinely dreaming about flaying them alive. A quick search suggests around 1% of the population are clinically psychopaths, so it really should be quite a risky activity.
Sounds like you need to start learning the Rocky And Bullwinkle Wossamotta U Graphic shirt also I will do this bagpipes and then when he’s outside you can lean out the window and have a jam. And the “legaladviceUK” option – Contact environmental health and they’ll send you a “noise diary” to track when the anti-social noise happens. Send it back to them, and they’ll consider enforcement. If he has no family, give him an hour and then go round and bang on his door to wake him up. When he’s all confused why you’re banging, tell him it’s because his shit guitar woke you up, you couldn’t get back to sleep and apparently if he can’t sleep he wakes you up and you’re returning favour. I had a similar problem in a flat I used to live in. A student moved in underneath me and would sit up almost every night playing his guitar. What was worse is that he would stamp on the floor in time to the music.Polite requests were met with a blank look. I always got up early when he was still in bed. I would jump around the floor and throw a hammer around to make loads of noise. Once I went shopping with ‘Shout’ by Tears for Fears on repeat at full volume. I think I was slowly going insane but he stopped the stamping at least. Eventually he left.
Set up sprinklers that just happen to aim in that general direction and are tuned to go off from about 10PM until 1AM. Get your plant watered while also encouraging proper nature sounds The problem we have as britains is we are averse to conflict. The fact of the Rocky And Bullwinkle Wossamotta U Graphic shirt also I will do this matter is you are already engaged in a conflict however you are playing the role of passive bystander. Doesn’t matter where you live. If there are neighbours within earshot, you are (at least it’s generally agreed) expected to turn the volume down after 10pm Or maybe 11pm in the summer. Any later and it’s “anti-social”. I honestly think the only answer is showing your displeasure in a much more literal way. Stop making this your problem and make it his problem.
Playing white noise (not the Rocky And Bullwinkle Wossamotta U Graphic shirt also I will do this song by disclosure) really over rides almost all sounds (apart from really loud ones). If there’s a party on downstairs, bit of white noise out of the google home speaker and I easily fall asleep. If he’s disturbing you during your sleeping hours, do the same to him, if he’s up until 4 in the morning, he’s probably going to be asleep at 7.30 in the morning. What can you do at that time? Play loud music, mow your garden, be obnoxiously loud as you work out in the garden or find a way to set your own dogs off while outside. I’m a guitarist, and I like to play outside in the summer months, but I don’t play at stupid o’clock, and I certainly don’t play with my head up my arse like this guy.
If the Rocky And Bullwinkle Wossamotta U Graphic shirt also I will do this fella can actually play then it is probably quite nice (at the the appropriate time of day). If they know 3 chords and keep only playing those – they deserve egging. Our neighbour fancies himself as a folk troubadour. Records himself singing nursery grade bollocks that he thinks is profound. It’s annoying enough at 2pm, if he did it at night he’d get the hose. If your other neighbours are OK with it, just blast out something every time he starts. Tell him you’re chilling with your tunes. As far as sleep goes Amazon sells sleep headbands that have speakers in them to broadcast everything from white noise to whatever playlist you want to set up. Truly patriotic choices include the shipping forecast and 5 hours of Sir David Attenborough on a loop.
As far as revenge goes, get into the Rocky And Bullwinkle Wossamotta U Graphic shirt also I will do this habit of flicking bread crumbs or birdseed onto the top of his lean-to whenever he’s not around. Soon it’ll reek of bird shit. With a little luck some pigeons will give him chlamydia. If he’s staying up all night playing his guitar then I reckon he’s sleeping during the day. So I would play music really loud while I went to work and hope it does the same to him If talking to him isn’t working, get your local Environmental Health involved and play that game. I tried and I needed min. 3 months of a noise pollution “diary” before they’d even look at my request but I never kept up with it. Or do what I did eventually did when I had an absolute cunt of a noisy neighbour – move. Drop and informal letter through the box, or just speak to them casually, and ask them to stop If that fails be more formal, drop a letter in, I firm them they are breaking the law with the levels of noise and if they do not cease you will take legal action If it continues Put in noise complaints to the council Keep complaining, with evidence if possible
Then when you hear him from your bed you can crank the Rocky And Bullwinkle Wossamotta U Graphic shirt also I will do this speaker up from your phone. It’ll probably be a bit awkward but I’m sure he’ll get the message. Had a similar thing myself during lockdown. Upstairs neighbour decided that was the perfect time to start learning the saxophone Take up the bagpipes. Or if that’s too Scottish for you the saxophone played badly also works well at pissing the neighbours off. On the nights when he doesn’t do it, go out at 2am with your guitar on high volume. Speakers facing his house of course. Passive aggressive way: find out what genres of music he hates, put a speaker in your garden and as soon as he starts playing his guitar start playing music he hates. Cowards way of dealing with it: call non-emergency police number and put in a noise complaint, just don’t expect much to be done about it. Advertise a guitar on Facebook marketplace and keep sending the would be guitar buyers to his house. Enough people turning up with cash wanting a guitar he might give in I thought there was laws against this? I mean 9 or 10 pm, that’s fine, but 3 or 4 am? Surely that counts as disturbing the peace? Especially if he’s playing in the garden and not inside his house. I would get that checked with a lawyer, and if it is breaking the law, call the council and police.
“We’ve lived in our house, in the Rocky And Bullwinkle Wossamotta U Graphic shirt also I will do this countryside, for ages.” Ask him if he’s a Blur fan? At least it would be on theme. In the UK, contact your local environmental health officer – should be listed under your local authority. Keep a log of every single noise, and the times, and how it affects you. They WILL act – but it may take a little while. Get a cat scarer and adjust it to play at a lower pitch until he can here it. Put it on a timer so that it only operates between 11 and 5am council and police will deal with this if you report it enough and continuously, i used to live in a building with such an offender. thankfully i have a pretty good presence in such situations and i never had to resort to that, i was always able to just tell them to knock it off and i would get apologies and at least a month of silence after 9pm (where /i/ drew the line) … but the other, less competent residents did not handle this at all except to bitch at authorties. it wasn’t pleasant, they sent out 3 meat wagons and iirc 6 officers in proper riot gear, and two more normally dressed ones, then carted them off … gave em some cell time and some hassle before very slowly releasing them. the landlord terminated their contract and gave them notice…. and thankfully they were reasonable and law abiding about leaving instead of becoming squatters.
i would suggest to forget ‘British’ passive aggressiveness and go for some classic assertiveness, that if ignored becomes aggressive, then if ignored beyond reason becomes active belligerence. > One of my friends who works in A&E has never extracted a shattered guitar from someone’s rectum and she’s declined my offer to provide her and her colleagues with the Rocky And Bullwinkle Wossamotta U Graphic shirt also I will do this learning experience. If you report the bullshit and nothing happens fast enough, and it is causing a disturbance you would be well within your rights to destroy the offending instrument with maximum prejudice. You would have a lawful excuse. Maybe nobody will be picking splinters out of the guy’s asshole, but he won’t be playing that guitar ever again, and the police will most likely only waste a bit of your time confirming the facts instead of making your life a misery. Take up bagpipes and wait for him to start then step right up beside him and go at them bagpipes like a sex starved octopus.
