I think for people that struggle to find motivation are working out in the Rick grimes graphic portrait the walking dead classic shirt but in fact I love this wrong way. Going to the gym and running isn’t for everyone, but a lot of people do it because of societal norms. I always suggest trying different sports and hobbies to find a way to exercise. It’s a lot easier to find motivation to exercise when the activity is fun, team oriented, presents challenges in different ways, and you can visualize your improvement. My go to exercise is rock climbing. It’s fun, I can see my immediate results of me getting stronger, I have a partner so I’m not solely relying on my motivation to push myself, and of course it keep me in really good shape. So if you’re struggling to find motivation maybe it’s time for a change up and try something new.

Edit: I forgot to mention goals are an important thing to have in mind. If you’re goal is to lose weight because you are what you consider to be “fat” then obviously some sports/hobbies wont be as effective as others like golf and yoga, activities that keep you moving but aren’t effective fat burners. Or if your looking to put on muscle, you wouldn’t want to play tennis or do cross country. But if you’re happy with your body and you are doing it to remain healthy then stuff like photography while walking around parks for photos, basically anything that keeps you moving and you find enjoyable with the Rick grimes graphic portrait the walking dead classic shirt but in fact I love this amount of energy you want to put into it will be sufficient I’m so sorry and I apologize but fat men, especially excessively fat men. If I let myself go I would be one of them so I look at them and tell myself I don’t want that. It helps. I wish they look at me and be motivated to get to where I am at. Obesity is very sad.
