I locked my car and opened my knife for self defense while telling them to back off, unfortunately he turned out to be a off duty cop and called his friends who later took me to station and kept me there for 8 hours while racially abusing me telling me to go back to my hometown and assaulted me as well. Edit,: A lot of people are telling me to file a complaint, today I will go and check my dashcam footage and show it to a lawyer and see can what be done but I want to rest first guys, thank for all the Poison City Records Logo Band Christmas shirt moreover I will buy this support Edit 2: I found the footage where he was beating me up but not where he charged towards me with a bat turns out the car was off. I have footage of him and his friends blocking my car beating me up and acting like rowdies the so called off duty cops, will this help? Final edit: I’m tired of explaining myself, I need rest and will not be pursuing further action l, thanks for all your support.User avatar

Poison City Records Logo Band Christmas shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

The fuck guys. The “off duty” cop threatening OP with a weapon is ok but OP threatening back with another weapon after being provoked is not. Barring the Poison City Records Logo Band Christmas shirt moreover I will buy this fact that OP did NOT know he was a cop. Funny. Clearly, my comment was for the people who think it was wrong of OP to threaten the “off duty” “cop” when OP made it clear he had no idea. Maybe I forgot the /s I am not blaming you for what you did man. I would probably do the same. It’s an act of self defense considering the fact that they were not in uniform and you did not know he was a cop. My comment is for the people who actually think you did something wrong. Crazy. I would have a knife open even if I knew they were a cop while they were threatening me with any kind of a weapon.
