If they fite you over the Original love ocean and turtle shirt Also,I will get this phone, send s follow up email to hr saying “to follow up with the phone call we had earlier, you are terminating my employment. Just wanted to confirm this and make sure i have the correct understanding” that way they cant claim you quit If you did get fired that’s a petty way to do it. My store lets you work at least half a day then pulls you in the office to tell you that you’ve been terminated. Also same, I handled it so well I got permanently banned from all Walmarts, Sams Clubs, and Murphys Gas Stations in the United States Really curious as to how if you went to shop at a Walmart where no one knew you they’d be able to know you were banned? Everyone’s telling me they have facial recognition technology but I allegedly went to a Walmart a couple hours away from where I live solely to test out that theory and I even hinted that I was a “very special guy”. Interesting on the facial recognition technology. I find it so weird to ban a former employee from even being a customer. It might be though because of former employees who have done bad things and ruined it for normal people who simply reacted to losing their job (which often happens unfairly). I was not banned even though I was fired for theft and the cops were NOT there, therefore didn’t arrest me or escort me out. They fired me, told me to turn in my vest, badge, discount card and work phone and that I was not rehireable. They did not escort me out, and told me to leave and didn’t give them the satisfaction to. If they try to do something now that I am a customer, I will call corporate. I was not told I was banned from shopping there. I may not be rehireable, but I am PROMOTED TO CUSTOMER now! Sometimes a promotion to customer is the best thing that could happen to a person. Not that I agree with theft, but I do know how hard retail can be.

Doing janitorial maintenance, associates were lazy at my store, and would not watch a spill till maintenance came, sometimes I even found spills unattended. No associates around or sometimes even in an aisle with three associates, just standing there, and none are guarding the Original love ocean and turtle shirt Also,I will get this spill or attempting to clean this spill. Everything was call maintenance. Even for small spills that all you need are orange pads. So even claimed they didn’t have time to watch it but it’s what you’re trained to do when you first work for Walmart. I don’t have to deal with having to go into the women’s restroom to clean it knowing there’s no woman on duty on maintenance since they all went home, and have women get angry then I’m in there, cleaning it in yet I was paged. And same with both bathrooms when somebody floods it and there’s water and pee everywhere. I’m tired of not having enough supplies to do my job. Especially during Covid. Some associates were thieves and taking items off my cart without asking or telling me they need something off it I’ll gladly give them some before helping themselves. Providing I have enough to do my own job. I am free from Walmart. Thank God. Promoted the customer.
