I was skeptical while waiting, but once I met the Original father And Daughter Riding Partner For Life Horse shirt In addition,I will do this guy, I knew I didn’t want it. But I was still debating it during the wait I have interviewed a lot of people for jobs, and I always consider that an interview goes both ways. We are interviewing candidates, and they are interviewing employers. It’s like a dating situation, and both sides need to feel attracted to the potential relationship. You leave. First impressions are lasting impressions, whether of the manager’s inability to manage his time and/or communicate, or senior management’s total disregard for his time. There is NOTHING so important that he couldn’t walk to the lobby and ask you to come back in an hour or to reschedule. Nothing good comes from this. I did that to an employee once. Maybe not a full hour, but I lost track of time and nobody ever called me to tell me they were in the lobby waiting. I apologized though.

Flip the Original father And Daughter Riding Partner For Life Horse shirt In addition,I will do this interview, ask him why you should work for a company that doesn’t value your time.. if he says they do, then ask why should you work for such an unorganized company. We are all humans and sometimes there are legit business reason to be late. Sometimes put out a big fire. You do owe an apology and explanations though. Otherwise I would walk away from this role. You lose nothing by accepting, or probe more. I understand he’s unprofessional and it reflects badly on the entire company. Perhaps you felt disrespected? Dont think with your ego, think with your head. keep in mind you might not be working FOR this person. He/she can just be a random bad apple in the hiring department. The only way I’m letting this even remotely slide is if there was someone who interviewed before me and the whole process took longer than expected. Other than that I’m waiting 20 mins tops and then I’m out the door and onto the next thing. As an aside – you should always be asking questions in a job interview. Otherwise you won’t know if you want to work there and in any case interviews flow more naturally if they go both ways. If he didn’t mention a single thing about the job, your pay, or what you’d be doing, ask! Although I’ve got to admit in this case he doesn’t sound like a good person to work for and maybe you were beyond caring about the answers… In seriousness good on you for rejecting the offer/scam Name and Shame the organization as publicly as possible
