Eloquii – loved them when they were part of the Official dad The Man The Myth The Potoon Captain American Flag T-Shirt Besides,I will do this limited and I appreciate that of all the mainstream plus size retailers, they take some big risks in their fashion choices (and actually tend to have some fashionable cuts). But still way too much poly, and the things I’ve gotten from them are the very definition of a mixed bag. There’s a lot on their site where my main question is where on earth anyone would need to wear that. H & M: A real mixed bag. Fabric quality not great on the whole, sewing quality also not great. But you can find a good gem or two, and I’ve had H and M stuff last for years and years — and I’ve had H and M stuff literally fall apart in the wash, too. The Gap: Literally got chased out of one as a teenager because “we don’t sell anything that would fit YOU”, started reshopping there as an adult when their size range expanded. Good for basics, I like that I can search by fabric. Prices are decent and there’s always a sale. But everything here is simple — its a basics only kind of place. Which is fine. Nordstrom: Easy-breasy shopping, I appreciate that I can filter by fabric. I wish their size charts were more accurate (often they’ll have a generic one, and then deep in the description you’ll find that an XL is actually equivalent of a size 10). It’s not local so I don’t like buying from them because it’s either eating 8 dollars to return it (reasonable, but there are a lot of retailers that don’t) or a long car trip to return it. Appreciate the long return period, so I can at least do it on a weekend where its easy.

Madewell: Love my madewell pants, they’re great, but their sizing is very inconsistent. I have a pair of jeans that’s a 33, and its too big. I have a pair of jeans that are 34 that I literally can’t zip up. Both are dark blue denim. Love love love my harlowe pants — and I’d gladly buy the Official dad The Man The Myth The Potoon Captain American Flag T-Shirt Besides,I will do this shorts if I could. Unfortunately, they decided to limit the harlowe shorts to up to size 10, which is annoying as a 14/16. I wish they made it easier to tell what was plus size or not at a glance during a search, because it sucks to find a lot of cute stuff and then when I filter it goes “You want to show your legs??? NO RESULTS FOUND”. Slow shipping both times I’ve ordered which were a couple years apart.
