do you know if it’s detrimental to athletic performance? i know that lowering natural testosterone may not be good in that regard but i’m not sure how much of an effect that has on women compared to men i have hormonal acne and i hate wasting my money on acne products that don’t ever work. i’m gonna try this out!!! “Studies show that it might help reduce sebum production which can lead to acne. I’m a huge believer in home-remedies for some stuff. try it iced sometime if you haven’t before! i drizzle a little honey over the Oasis of Freedom shirt moreover I love this ice before pouring the hot tea on top – so refreshing in the summer! This would make sense as to why my skin has been clearing up a ton. I drink peppermint tea at least four times a week and have noticed a big improvement on my shoulders, they were breaking out bad for awhile so was my chest. But it’s all starting to go away. So with the Oasis of Freedom shirt moreover I love this few small things I get in certain areas on my face That’s really interesting! I know people are mentioning it helps adjust hormones, but I wonder if it isn’t also because it helps digestion. I think there’s a substantial connection between gut health and skin health. Might give that and red raspberry a try, seems how I’m preggers atm and have been meaning to anyway lol will have to buy some! i have some hormonal acne due to PCOS and its so annoying trying to find out what works with me to stop getting acne 🙁 Currently on spirno but hormonal acne/high androgen levels.
