Rep the Lobos in vintage style

This New Mexico Lobos Basketball Tee is a distressed collegiate shirt for UNM fans who want to show team spirit on game days or around campus. The design uses red-to-teal gradient block letters and script accents to capture a classic look that fits well with everyday wear. It works as reliable college basketball fan gear for students, alumni, and supporters of Lobo nation.

Design details and comfort

The front print combines a soft black cotton base with a detailed graphic layout. Key visual elements include:

• A distressed graphic featuring “New Mexico” in script above large “LOBOS” block letters
• Red-to-teal color gradients that match official UNM school colors
• The UNM Lobos logo paired with a basketball net illustration
• Comfortable fabric weight suitable for casual daily use

These design choices make the shirt easy to spot in a crowd while keeping the aesthetic grounded in traditional university branding.

Product specifications

This women’s cut tee is built for relaxed casual fit. The blank is made from a cotton blend that feels soft against the skin. Screen printing ensures the ink sits well on the fabric without heavy buildup. The colorway features a black base with red, teal, and white ink applications. Sizing options typically cover standard adult ranges, allowing most buyers to find a comfortable fit for their body type.

Is this tee officially licensed?

No, this item is independent fan apparel inspired by University of New Mexico branding. It is not produced by or affiliated with official UNM athletics licensing programs. The design captures the spirit of the team through vintage-style graphics rather than licensed merchandise protocols.

What sizes are available for this UNM basketball shirt?

Sizes generally range from Small to XXL depending on current stock availability. You should check the size chart provided on the product page to confirm the best fit for your specific measurements. This helps ensure the relaxed casual cut sits correctly on your frame.

Can I wear this to games and tailgates?

Yes, this shirt is designed as comfortable game day apparel for spectators. The breathable cotton fabric makes it suitable for wearing inside The Pit arena or at outdoor tailgating events. It provides enough ventilation for active environments while maintaining its shape throughout the event.

How should I care for this vintage style tee?

Machine wash the shirt cold and inside out with like colors to preserve the distressed print quality. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to maintain the garment’s shape and prevent fading of the red and teal gradients. Proper care keeps the screen-printed graphics looking sharp over time.
