Healthy and stable. Need thick skin now a days. My wife says I have a thick skull lol so it takes a lot to move me I cried on my way to class on Tuesday. I was in a car accident on Thursday (I’m fine, it’s just stressful) and then I have to do all this background check/Immunizations/fingerprints by the NBA on TNT Basketball TV Show 1989 2025 caricatures shirt it is in the first place but end of the month for my clinicals since I’m in the medical field. And then I have 4 midterms next week within 2 days. And I am so damn overwhelmed. I am failing 2 classes with a 75% since I did poorly on a couple massive assignments, but it’s early enough in the semester than I can recover. If I fail my program…. idk what the fuck I’m going to do. I have no backup plan. I also had to move back in with my mom because I can’t afford shit, and all my friends live hours away and I’ve been single for a year and I haven’t been hugged since then. I feel so alone and isolated and that the world doesn’t want me to succeed. I’ve given up on owning a house or having a family of my own someday. Every time I save up to more than a grand something comes along and takes it. I just wanna live a peaceful life in the country on a little hobby farm

NBA on TNT Basketball TV Show 1989 2025 caricatures shirt, hoodie, long sleeve, v-neck tee

I feel like mines on a kind of see-saw and for the NBA on TNT Basketball TV Show 1989 2025 caricatures shirt it is in the first place but majority of my existence as it teetered more towards despair the more likely I was to bury those feelings and mask up to put in a facade of being tough and unburdened, the way men are “supposed to be”. Ya know unfeeling and driven solely by ambition, pride, or hunger. It was in my attempt to deny myself my weaknesses that I inevitably denied myself of me. One can only bury so much before it is time to put down the shovel, and begin climbing out of the hole to experience life as it was intended. When I realized this admittedly much much much later in life than id ever be happy to admit. My mental health started to genuinely improve. Albeit slowly, but any amount of progress is good progress.
Its incredibly inconsistent. I have been able to do some incredibly stressful things and traumatic experiences but have also broken down when all the NBA on TNT Basketball TV Show 1989 2025 caricatures shirt it is in the first place but wrong little things happen at the worst moments. My last romantic endeavor [about 4 months ago] left me heartbroken and right now, I find it really difficult to pursue anyone else. I’ve lost my self confidence, I feel as if I don’t have anything to offer. I don’t even want to try. So fragile I’ve been diagnosed with depression. Self worth is 0 and every time my wife and I get into a disagreement the suicidal thoughts rush in like a tidal wave. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. I just suck it up and deal with it unfortunately. I’m always here for all my friends and make it known but for some reason i never really let anyone know when I’m feeling bad.

Some information about NBA on TNT Basketball TV Show 1989 2025 caricatures shirt

I’ve always hated the NBA on TNT Basketball TV Show 1989 2025 caricatures shirt it is in the first place but feeling cause most of the time people don’t know what to say and just makes me feel unheard so i learned to just keep shit to myself. I prefer to just be distant. But i have the upmost respect for anyone pushing for us to realise as guys we need help Pretty fragile. Often worry wether my friends actually like spending time with me or just don’t dislike it enough to tell me. Ain’t no mental health either. I’ve been job hunting for 9 months and gotten nowhere after being laid off. I have a 2 1/2 year old I am failing to provide for. There is and will be no mental health for me until that changes. Fairly robust and resilient at the moment. I work on it pretty regularly. I’m happy with most of the relationships in my life and with my own efforts to live in alignment with my real values. There are frustrations but I can usually talk with someone about them & barring that I can spend some time thinking about my own feelings and how I choose to respond to adversity. Shit gets tough sometimes for sure, but I sort of like the phrase “the horrors persist, but so do it”
I think that feeling of only being worthwhile to people when you’re useful to them is likely your own interpretation/perception more than their feeling about you. Unless you’re hanging out with some truly cold MF’s you’re probably more appreciated and valued for who you are than you think. There’s help available if you’re feeling really bad about yourself & ways to set boundaries that can keep you from feeling taken advantage of. Many people’s reactions to you, and other people/events around them, will have more to do with themselves & their own mental state than it really has to do with anything about you. As I’ve gotten older into adulthood, it has become so apparent how the NBA on TNT Basketball TV Show 1989 2025 caricatures shirt it is in the first place but inability to be vulnerable as a man, is a real problem. At first as a young adult, it’s not a big deal. You see it as a strength, but then you grow and realize that being able to open up, show weakness and vulnerability with someone is the only way to really connect with them and access the deeper emotions the world has to offer (real joy, freedom, love) rather than hiding yourself, being numb and alone all the time.
If you can’t show someone all of you, include the NBA on TNT Basketball TV Show 1989 2025 caricatures shirt it is in the first place but weak parts, you will never be able to experience connection on its deepest level. You will go through your whole life afraid and alone. Men struggle with this a lot, and it’s not really talked about, but, as a man traditionally throughout society it has been our responsibility to put aside the emotion in order to provide resources to survive. However, this is a new world, where social and emotional intelligence are more valued, and life is about happiness, not survival. And it doesn’t matter your gender or the sex you were born with to define your behavior. I’ve learned that nobody really cares. That kinda hurt but it gets better when you start looking for meaningful things to do with your time. I still feel it everyday and I’ve learned to carry it as best I can. Sometimes I want to say something but I’m always at fault so I just remember: nobody cares. Get back to work whatever it is. Unfortunately that’s the long form of ” man the fuck up” And with as much hate as reddit has for people like Jordan Peterson his words to find a way out of misery really helped. Also Jockio willink. I’d avoid the politics and focus on thier words of encouragement to move forward
I found that it has to be give and take. When I feel like I am being marginalized, I get angry. When I feel the NBA on TNT Basketball TV Show 1989 2025 caricatures shirt it is in the first place but strains of PTSD start to emerge, I smoke some cannabis and try to focus on me. I feel like there are 2 faucets in my body. One that flows with positive energy. One that flows with negative energy. Meanwhile, the faucet of negativity is naturally in an opened state. It takes active energy to close it, and keep it closed. Neglect the faucet, and the negativity spills out again. I keep thinking I get the faucet of negativity closed. Then I chill a few floors up by the faucet of positivity. Its only too late, I realize it was open again and its flooding and to close the faucet once more…I have to again sink down to rock bottom in the ocean of shit.
What helped me was putting my personal happiness and needs as my number one priority. Does not mean I’m don’t try to make those important to me a priority, it means I expect them to look for happiness with me. I hate to be that guy, but it got better when I actually made a friend with someone of the NBA on TNT Basketball TV Show 1989 2025 caricatures shirt it is in the first place but opposite sex that cared. Yeah, same. When I put in effort or do something kind, its not like I expect huge amounts of recognition or praise, but it seems to be met with a “thats just what the man is supposed to do” kind of attitude. And god forbid I share any insecurity or hard life situation, I get told to “toughen up” and “get over myself”. Even after repeatedly being a shoulder to cry on and not judging or trying to fix the situation. Then I see cheating everywhere, the divorce rate, and rage bait on social media. Its all chipping away at my belief in finding someone as well as my self esteem. I’m in a battle in my mind because my mind wants a relationship very bad yet I can’t seem to get into one no matter how hard I try. I’m a 23 year old guy and logically I come to the terms that I am and always will be alone and now my battle is trying to get my mind from being depressed over it. It’s gotten a little bad recently.
It’s all I can think about and I know that’s bad and I don’t want to be that way I want to not obsess over getting a gf but my mind won’t let it go i’ve gotten my life together a lot more and am not scared for the NBA on TNT Basketball TV Show 1989 2025 caricatures shirt it is in the first place but future any longer, i have long-term plans and am constantly questioning my own philosophies and evolving as a person, trying to remain as self-aware as possible as for relationships? depends..there’s a lot of people who take gigantic leaps into relationships before really getting to know the other person, and that’s fine for the short-term, just not for the long-term My cat knocked over my bonsai tree and I burst into tears and spent the next 8 minutes crying into a plush toy while curled on my bed
3,368 more repliesNot that much anymore. It used to be bad but since I’m working in hospitality, I can take much I’m currently going through cycles of feeling like I’m the NBA on TNT Basketball TV Show 1989 2025 caricatures shirt it is in the first place but happiest I’ve ever been and then wanting to end it all. Not sure if I’m a MGTOW. Maybe I’m a MGTOW. Two divorces, and I put away even trying relationships with women I know are interested, while I focused on caring for my elderly mother until her passing and now for my elderly father. I still look at Tinder and such, out of curiosity mostly. I like to flirt with women. It gets me in trouble sometimes, because… you know, man dying of thirst sees some water. Occasionally there is a special relationship with some sex and friendship, but no future. All these women in my age group (a bit older) are no-nonsense, won’t take any crap, LTR or nothing kind of women — and I’m not blaming them. That is the actual normal behavior. I simply can’t offer that to them and still be a live-in caregiver, so I don’t subject anyone to what would likely fail anyway. Even women who kind of get it and want to start slow, I can see it happening that they eventually will want to lay claim to more and more of my time, cohabitating with them instead of being in my father’s house to care for him, ultimately building resentment for my family and trying to drive a wedge between us. That is actually the kind of behavior both of my exes had before I became a caregiver. They wanted all kinds of family gatherings with their family, but not with mine.
Before people start ripping on me as some kind of a freak, I did have marriage, house, all of it, but I reduced all that when I lost faith in marriage. At some point in the NBA on TNT Basketball TV Show 1989 2025 caricatures shirt it is in the first place but future, when my father is gone and I’m alone, I’ll step into the dating pool again and focus on women with good attitudes and some potential. I’m actually a mental health provider, so I know what to look for Honestly? Not good at all. I have been very unhappy for so long that I can hardly see where the light at the end of the tunnel is anymore. I get by with the aid of anti-depressants but even those can’t turn the negative thoughts off completely. Something has happened recently that may turn the tide on all of this, however I don’t want to get my hopes up too much for the possible massive let down ahead. Oh well, at least spring will be here again soon so there is that to look forward to.
Thanks for askng though, nobody really ever asks me how I really am doing in real life. This was a nice post so cheers for making it! I go from extremely happy and joyful some days, to the NBA on TNT Basketball TV Show 1989 2025 caricatures shirt it is in the first place but next minute wanting to ram a knife through my neck. Tried a few times, didn’t go deep enough. You aren’t alone if that helps at all. and it’s honestly hurtful to see a good looking short celebrity with a good looking girl and the comments dismiss him as “she’s only dating him because he’s rich and a celebrity”. Like, back when I was in high school Justin Bieber was short (5’7), but girls love him. now you got BTS, who are also short (they’re like 5’8), yet girls love them. but nobody talks about how short they are, because once they do, they’ll be known as the SHORT celebrity, like Daniel Radcliffe or Kevin Hart, and it becomes their whole persona.
I’ve been an emotionless robot just going along with life in a daze. I’m better now but I always feel like I’m on the NBA on TNT Basketball TV Show 1989 2025 caricatures shirt it is in the first place but edge, one little push and I’ll be right back to it. My mental health is excellent, and I am happy. This was by design as I used to suffer from depression. It takes work to fortify yourself, but it is something you MUST prioritize. Stop negative self-talk. You have to acknowledge when you are doing it, say no, and switch topics in your head. Find hobbies you love no matter how strange, and don’t apologize for them. Pick up needle point if you love it. Read/listen to podcasts about mental health. I highly recommend “The Almanac of Naval Rivikant” There is an amazing chapter on happiness. There is nothing fragile about my mental health. I spent many months (and collectively years) with essentially no sleep, no food and extreme constant physical pain. In that time, I found true happiness and strength, and it has never left me. I realized strength and happiness are not a goal, they are a way of living, and that is how I live now. I hope you all can find your strength and happiness, too. I was married to a wonderful caring compassionate lady but sadly menopause occurred 5 years ago and now I can’t do anything right – it’s something they should tell you about when you are young – you need to think before you get married that at some stage my wife will “dry up” meaning no sex ever again, mood swings, irritable all the time – my life now has little meaning but I love my wife dearly so I put up with it when most guys would have cut and run – feel like a punching bag and all the kids older enough left home as “mum just yells all the time now” – my daughter still at home said the other day “I don’t know mum anymore – what happened to her??” – sad but true – guys enjoy you age 30 or 40 years and go and live, travel, play sports etc and wait until mid 50’s for when it really get to a grind to live day to day !!
Ups and downs. I asked out a drop dead gorgeous girl a day ago and things are going smooth af. But, Im injured, can’t find a job doing anything bc our local economy is fucked, facing homelessness, etc. 4+ months of job searching. Nothing. Im very unstable. I can’t control my tongue around my son and spew negative shit around him all the NBA on TNT Basketball TV Show 1989 2025 caricatures shirt it is in the first place but time and can’t seem to control myself. I get horribly depressed, it feels painful and heavy in my chest, like grief. My roommate is a nutcase who screams all the time, yells at his girlfriend for hours on end, and I only tolerate living here becuause of a 4 $ pair of earbuds I bought at the dollar store. I nearly jumped out of my fucking skin the other day when I saw a spider, I fell and sprained my wrist and slammed my tailbone into the ground. I’m also a recovering addict, I never stopped taking pills after my surgery for my injury and the excruciating tooth pain I had from dental problems bc Im poor until I could get welfare to pay for (some of) it bc I was so depressed and suicidal every single day. I’m just trying to get my shit together and hoping this girl doesn’t find out how much of a fuckup I am because I just got over compulsive suicidal thoughts that are also made worse by fucking OCD. I have a bad day and all of a sudden I’m mentally composing a suicide note and thinking about what I’d write to my son. It’s not even that I want to kill myself, my OCD floods my mind with daymares of one kind or another on a regular basis. It’s torture just living inside my head sometimes. But I’m trying to apply for loans to go to uni to follow my dream and what I love doing. So yeah, ups and downs.
Fragile every day. I haven’t been able to have a relationship in almost 2.5 years. It ended bad and I felt I was lied to for 5 years and lost a lot of confidence in trusting people. Maybe I will be able to again one day but for now too much anxiety for me to handle. I question my sanity every couple of hours. But I’m holding on and being thoughtful of the NBA on TNT Basketball TV Show 1989 2025 caricatures shirt it is in the first place but people who have even harder than me and thanking god for my own share of problems and that he didn’t make it larger. Thanks for asking dawg. Like my self esteem, self worth etc is rock bottom and on any given day I’ll often have the “what is the point” thoughts and yet at the same time I also know it’s all temporary so would never act on any thoughts either I actually inform people of this all the time with flippant or sometimes humorous undertones, and it seems they know I’m serious, but since I am “strong” , they believe that it is all in stride, and life is perfectly acceptable.
When I stick to my daily routines of things I love (gaming, my pets, exercise, being outdoors), my mental health is pretty unshakeable: I can have the NBA on TNT Basketball TV Show 1989 2025 caricatures shirt it is in the first place but worst day at work, for example, and be totally unbothered – even relationship troubles are easy to deal with. It boils down to self-esteem… When I’m living my best life, my self-esteem is high and not at all dependent on outside factors, relationships included. When I’m not living up to my own standards, my mental health is fragile because I’m already subconsciously beating myself up, which only compounds anything else piling on top. been depressed since i wasn’t even a teen. Last year i finished school, found something i wanted to do and it got better. I’m now relatively happy but it’s extremely easy to get a bad day and kinda spiral down again imo
If the NBA on TNT Basketball TV Show 1989 2025 caricatures shirt it is in the first place but question is how much can I handle before my mood becomes terrible (rather than being a bit tired, or work out), and I start struggling, then I’m very resilient. Not at all. Like a normal person I get happy, angry and sad. I don’t have any super close connections to anyone though. Been with my SO for 20 years and we discovered a few years ago that her quirky, eccentric personality was un-diagnosed autism. Since then she has stopped masking (which is great for her mental health), but has nearly ruined me. There is nothing and no one in this world that I love more than her, but everything I want and feel goes completely invalidated if it conflicts with her ASD. Getting better this week. Early last week shared a secret, and my deepest fear with my wife. Nobody in the last 30 years had any knowledge of it (presumably as its never been voiced by me or challenged by anybody else), and nobody else ever will, but at least I know that my worst fear wasn’t realized, and I’m doing better after sharing it with her.
I realized only recently im not doing as good as i thought. I’ve spent the NBA on TNT Basketball TV Show 1989 2025 caricatures shirt it is in the first place but past 2 years ignoring my past mistakes, but in the past few weeks I actually thought about some of the shit, and it annihilated as if it had happened yesterday. Completely reverted, as if I had made zero progress. And all this time I thought I was healing. I’m a mess. Surviving though so that’s something. Nearly completely isolated but surviving Not too fragile, but I’ve just grown numb to stuff. The things I used to care about, I don’t anymore. I don’t enjoy spending time with my friends anymore. It’s either sit down and watch youtube or play video games. I make 15.50 an hour as a 26 year old. I want a family, I want kids. But I’m too poor and too socially inept to have either of those things. Everyday blends in with one another. Got my dream job of being a personal trainer, only to come to find out it pays like shit unless you rip people off. I’ve tried searching for other passions and hobbies, but nothing piques my interest. I’ve gone to some therapy sessions, but they honestly haven’t been helping. Everything just seems so pointless. I’ve always been the type of guy to just go with the flow. But the flow hasn’t taken me anywhere in life and has made me remain stagnant within everything I do. I just feel a Lil hopeless, I guess, hopeless in the aspect of. I want to be able to live the life I genuinely want to lead, and it makes me sad. Sorry for any typos. Thanks for putting this post out here. I needed to vent bad. I hope everyone else in the comments here, feel better!
