I am the Just Be Happy It Drives People Crazy Cat Flower T-Shirt Besides,I will do this same. If it were up to me, I’d have the standup fan right next to me, and the ceiling fan also! If this is the only fan in the room, maybe offer a way to position it so she doesn’t get blown by it (like at the foot of the bed aimed right at you). However I will say the overweight comment is a bit harsh because it seemed unnecessarily cruel. Has she told you what exactly bothers her about the fan? if she’s a heavy sleeper are you able to just wait until she falls asleep to turn it on? Yep, I had to stop using a fan too. The partner gets too cold and gets migraines from it. I do it mostly for the noise (Yay tinnitus!), but also for the cooling. I’m looking into getting one of these, because even with the fan I would wake up hot. For the noise, I just added a rain noisemaker. It’s been working pretty well.

She knew I used one before hand, but she’s worth getting rid of it. I guess that’s the Just Be Happy It Drives People Crazy Cat Flower T-Shirt Besides,I will do this question you need to ask yourself. 4: GAME CHANGER: they now sell units that cool the bed on each half at different temps, since your situation is not unique. Turn the AC down to 67 at night. Remove any heavier blankets during the summer. It might cost more for the AC, but it’ll solve the issue. No that’s part of a relationship and figuring things out. some things ain’t worth changing and it sounds like from her mean comment to you the fan is a better companion for you js My spouse and I sleep in separate rooms as she is an insomniac and needs a very specific environment to sleep. I spend an hour each night massaging and otherwise (non-sexually) helping her get ready to sleep. The level of commitment to the well being of a significant other will determine what is right in your situation. If it is relatively high, offer to work with her on different solutions. Sorry I don’t know her but if she complained about your weight and complained about the fan then I think you may need to reevaluate your relationship with this person and wether or not she’s the one for you. While it is true you’re overweight insulting you without apologizing and without any remorse makes her seem kind of toxic. This was a pretty minor issue yet she just straight up went for a weight insult correct me if I’m wrong but that’s one hell of a red flag. Anyway back to your question you need to either learn to live without it or compromise realistically speaking those are your two options assuming you’re staying with her. But you also need to have a talk with her about what she said it is NOT ok to insult the person you love.
