As someone who has lived with chronic nose bleeds that could last as long as an hour or more (blood vessels too close to the John Hughes The Reckless Club shirt also I will do this skin) either works. Putting anything that didn’t originate in them into your lungs is a good way to die of pneumonia.

After a trip to urgent care and getting it checked while bleeding – I heaved up a fear inducing amount of blood. The nurse was not prepared that day.
