I do it to enjoy my mobility whilst I have it. Had to learn to re learn how to walk on 3 different occasions due to a medical condition I have with in the It’s An Uncle Thing You Wouldn’t Understand Stars Retro Quote Dad Grandpa T-Shirt Additionally,I will love this time span of 4 years. Brain rewards you with happy chemicals when you exercise. It’s almost like your body wants you to exercise. Feels good bro Turned 40. Was 320lbs, high BP, borderline A1C, bad back pain from injury and surgery, struggling with depression and PTSD. ED from my meds and from being too fat. 3 years later, I was 240, BP was normal, had less ED from my psych meds, wife said I was looking hot, doc said I might live to see 70. Wasn’t even in this good of shape when I was 21 and active duty. I feel so good about life, my health, everything. Makes the PTSD a little more bearable. Takes the fangs out of my insecurities from depression. Not a cure, but it sure fucking helps. Wanna know the truth? My friends convinced me to join a gym if we all did it together, but I am such a cheap bastard that I didn’t want to. Well, I joined. And because I’m said cheap bastard, I’ve been going every day just to get my money’s worth (with the exception of needed rest days.)

I’ll exercise 60 minutes a day 5 of 7 days a week. I’ll either bike or run. On either Saturday or Sunday I’ll usually bike and run for 60 minutes each. Once you get going it just feels good. The pre workout lazy feeling gets wiped put in the It’s An Uncle Thing You Wouldn’t Understand Stars Retro Quote Dad Grandpa T-Shirt Additionally,I will love this first quarter of a mile. In regards to biking – its really fun when you’re biking with the wind and going like 25-30 mph for long stretches. Before when I was alone I did it to be attractive to women. Now that I’m about to ask my gf to marry me, I do it because I want to spend as much time I can with her. Being healthy is a big part of that. It feels good to challenge myself, the endorphins are a great reward. Also when I started looking in the mirror and seeing noticeable changes, I felt in control of my life, and I look at myself now everyday and I’m like, “Damn son.” I get compliments occasionally, it feels good. I give other people compliments, it just leads to more positive interactions for me, imo. I do lots of gaming, so about two years ago I replaced my gaming chair with a (rather comfy) adjustable weight bench and got light, medium and heavy dumbbells…I lift during lobbies and in between games. I just combined exercise into my hobby. Sometimes the college girls like to wear loose shorts with no panties underneath in the stretching room. One girl in particular I believe is an exhibitionist. I don’t excersise daily but I used to, I need to get back into it. ultimately it just has to do with wanting to have a longer quality of life, to look good in my clothing..to feel good, to be healthy and live longer for my wife and daughter, to enjoy life more.
