Sifting every other day is like. the It Ain’t Booty If It Ain’t Peachy Shirt Also,I will get this bare minimum. imagine if you had to wade through your old shits and piss just to find a place to stand? Plus then your cat tracks that throughout your house. that smell builds up over time. Yea scooping once per week is not good enough at all. Should be daily, every other day at worst. Once per week is bad, don’t wanna be mean tho. But it’s bad. I scoop daily or sometimes every other day. I have multiple boxes going too. Empty and clean then refill boxes monthly. But man, you gotta scoop more often. I scoop into my kitchen trash can and take it out. Since I cook, I have meat wrappers in there anyway that need to go out. So I scoop in, take out the trash.

I have 3 Maine Coons, and 3 cat boxes. They all get scooped multiple times a day. First thing in the It Ain’t Booty If It Ain’t Peachy Shirt Also,I will get this AM, mid afternoon, and right before bed. …….I would have a huge talk with them about this. That’s disgusting and horribly abusive to that cat. It takes two seconds every other day to scoop it out….. What a horrible, horrible person. Send them this thread and let them see the disgust people have for him and hopefully he will feel as much shame as is deserved. Imagine if they had to shit in a toilet that had tons of poop piled up to the point that when they sat down they felt poop on their butt. That’s what the cat is experiencing. So sad. I have an automatic tray that cleans after every use, and a standard tray that is scooped every other day. Even when I had 2 standard trays, they’d be scooped every day Jesus. My big change is once a month, but I’m cleaning both litter boxes every other day, and adding fresh litter each time. Amazing his cat uses the litter box that long!! There is SO MUCH poop in there. Horrible conditions for the poor kitty. I think this qualifies at animal abuse. He shouldn’t have a cat Cats are clean animals in the regard that they bury their poop. Thats why they use a litterbox with sand in it. -___- this kinda defeats that purpose he might as well have the cat shit in the corner
