Either way, you’re out of his league. Cooking isnt that complicated. Im 22, im a guy, and have been cooking since I was 6 years old. Scrambled eggs and toast. Literally a child can do it. That being said ive made eggs benny before and its one of the harder meals to make. However thats mostly the hollandaise sauce, which requires a double boiler to do properly. I think you should have expected this to happen. However that does not excuse his other behavior. You arent his mother and he was treating you as such. He sounds like a manchild, idk how old he was but…. honestly sounds younger than me and not old enough to be dating a mother of 2. I don’t think it’s that he can’t. Its that he won’t. I’ve dealt with it in my home. I said fine. But I won’t do dishes. And I don’t. Honestly, even if it was slightly a set up, sometimes you need that. You want breakfast in bed at times. everyone needs and wants certain people to balance things out in their lives and turns out you just don’t need another child in your life.
