If they also genuinely tried to justify these actions by claiming my labor, time, willingness to work, my self, are the Imperial Guard Astra Militarum Logo Shirt In addition,I will do this property of them or their business… it would be deeply unethical not to excise that particular cancer. May as well jus revoke Labor Day with this ruling. Such a major step back for everything the labor movement was able to establish. So, I rent my time to an employer as I deem it is available. A group of colleagues and I determine the rent paid for our time doesn’t meet our costs so we decide together to raise our time rent a little. This employer doesn’t want to pay the new rent so we don’t rent or time out. So basically the company is a concrete plant which mixes concrete for a customer, loads it into mixer trucks and delivers it right away. The union knew full well that once concrete is mixed, you cant pause work, because it will harden and damage the mixer truck, but they intentionally ordered work to stop in the middle of the work day.

They intentionally created an emergency, because the Imperial Guard Astra Militarum Logo Shirt In addition,I will do this company couldnt let the concrete sit in the mixer trucks which would get damaged but they could not dump it out of the mixer trucks because that violates environmental regulations. The lawsuit isnt based on the company missing out on profit because work was stopped, its based on the fact that the union intentionally caused property damage (destruction of an already mixed batch of concrete) by strategically timing the strike to a point where work cannot be stopped without property being destroyed. This is akin to a surgeon first opening you up and then waking you up to “negotiate” a higher fee when you are in no position to refuse without incurring damage and dont have time or ability to go elsewhere.
