nestly I found it pretty Gilroy Strong Festival Shooting shirt but that might be just because I’m not big into the whole coming of age drama setting. I feel like it would have hit closer to home with me maybe if I also had a more fractured childhood but I found it pretty forgettable. I did really enjoy Ethan Hawke and his character though Song of the Sea, Winter Sleep, Mommy, Güeros, 0.5 mm, Magical Girl, Phoenix, Wild Tales, Two Days One Night, When Marnie Was There, Boyhood, Court, Stations of the Cross, Horse Money, The Fool, Breathe, A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night, Timbuktu, The Duke of Burgundy, In the Crosswind, Girlhood I really enjoyed Interstellar. I’ll admit that I found parts of the movie kind of sluggish, sometimes an overreliance on expositional dialogue, and the ending didn’t 100% work for me. But it’s a really bold film for Nolan with excellent performances, a compelling story, Zimmer’s score, and stunning visuals.

Loved it as well. It’s kind of been Gilroy Strong Festival Shooting shirt already which is a shame. Great performances and such uncomfortable, oppressive atmosphere (which might be a dealbreaker for a lot of audiences, but if a film can make me uneasy it’s doing something right). Well, the majority of the movies I watch are in English. I generally don’t edit my lists outside of the year I saw them (save for a couple months in the following year), so I would say it’s not unusual they are mostly in English since it’s a little difficult for me to see many foreign films. Edit: Also, looking at my other lists, it looks like I just wasn’t that crazy about the major ones from that year. As for the ones that are on my list but lower, I have things like Two Days, One Night, Mommy, and Clouds of Sils Maria on my list. What do you think I’m missing?
