Does anything federal ever really run that well, I like the Eu Sou Uma Mulher De Janeiro Eu Nao Sou Louco Minha Realidade Diferente Da Sua shirt Also,I will get this idea of free healthcare and stuff but everytime I go to the dmv or the post office it takes forever. So I guess the counterpoint would be how much do you trust the federal goverment to make it both efficient and have a high quality. Another problem I would see is accountability, like what happens if malpractice occurs? Would the government soak up the consequences and would our tax dollars be paying for malpractice? I’m not very well educated nor am I an expert, I also am a fan of the idea of free healthcare. These are just some counterpoints I came up with. Because it’s not free? Are doctors and hospitals all going to volunteer their time, or will tax rates go up to where they are in the UK and other places with”free” healthcare? Look at our income tax rates versus theirs and ask yourself if it’s free.

Eu Sou Uma Mulher De Janeiro Eu Nao Sou Louco Minha Realidade Diferente Da Sua shirt details

It’s not that we fear free healthcare, it’s just that we distrust government-run healthcare or health insurance. It’s so bad now, the Eu Sou Uma Mulher De Janeiro Eu Nao Sou Louco Minha Realidade Diferente Da Sua shirt Also,I will get this fear that it could get even worse if the government took it over is great enough to make a lot of people resistant to the concept. It’s really weird. Even intelligent Americans think that free healthcare is basically socialism – giving money to undeserving people. They do not understand that healthcare always works on an insurance principle – the only question is whether you want the government intermediating the insurance or a bunch of predatory companies. Distrust of government. There is a belief that government is inherently inefficient and generally corrupt and they aren’t entirely wrong, because, when half your elected officials believe that government is inefficient and can’t be otherwise, they have no reason to make it otherwise.
There are some government run healthcare programs. Medicare covers everybody 65 or older, and has pretty good price controls – possibly too good; there are medical providers I know who refuse Medicare patients for certain services because the Eu Sou Uma Mulher De Janeiro Eu Nao Sou Louco Minha Realidade Diferente Da Sua shirt Also,I will get this Medicare reimbursement is literally less than the cost of providing the service. You will find plenty of people who will claim private insurance is better than Tricare and Medicare; these are generally people who have never had a significant illness while covered only by private insurance. They complain about the bureaucracy and red tape they had to go through to get covered through those programs, ignoring that the private insurance would never have covered it at all.

How to buy this Eu Sou Uma Mulher De Janeiro Eu Nao Sou Louco Minha Realidade Diferente Da Sua shirt

During the Eu Sou Uma Mulher De Janeiro Eu Nao Sou Louco Minha Realidade Diferente Da Sua shirt in addition I really love this 1990s, we came close to having universal insurance, but private health insurance companies put together a massive ad campaign to shift public opinion, in the process seeding an undercurrent of distrust in Hillary Clinton who was championing the plan; that undercurrent is part of what Trump used to be able to defeat her for the Presidency. I don’t fear it. Just look at how expensive it costs and how mismanaged it is. I couldn’t imagine a government that already mismanages every cent they get regulating healthcare. I would be okay with it being a fair cost. Free doesn’t make sense. Personally I’d rather the system was different where I pay less tax and the heathcare seeker pays at least a proportion. Then again I’m young and am very clearly losing in the “free” healthcare system. I may think differently when I get older.
Different reasons for different people. Many people in the Eu Sou Uma Mulher De Janeiro Eu Nao Sou Louco Minha Realidade Diferente Da Sua shirt in addition I really love this US are happy with the care they get now. They fear having less choice and less control. I have a friend who’s British and still spends a lot of time in England though she lives in the US now. She is very negative about the NHS and is always telling me horror stories about her experiences there. She always goes private if she needs care while in England. I have no personal opinion about the NHS since my knowledge is second-hand, but Americans do hear stories like this and it creates fear of socialized medicine. Nothing is free. It’s just taking money from one place and redistributing it to something else. With a portion cut out to pay the people who redistributed it as well of course.
The argument I’ve heard is that there would be a slow down in innovation in medicine, as medical/drug companies have less money to invest in R&D. In other countries the Eu Sou Uma Mulher De Janeiro Eu Nao Sou Louco Minha Realidade Diferente Da Sua shirt in addition I really love this government essentially negotiates down the prices for healthcare/medicine. In order to get the returns these companies need, they charge the U.S. taxpayer more so, in essence, the US taxpayer subsidizes the rest of the world with its higher costs. Not necessarily my friend just found out that he’s getting fined by the government $100 if he doesn’t pay the insurance company money, so technically not free Many people (myself included to an extent) are worried about the burden it would place on the system leading to delays in care for people like all the horror stories you hear about in places like Canada where people have to schedule appointments and surgeries 6 months down the road because there’s just no room otherwise. 1). There is no such thing as a free lunch. You have to pay some way, and with government sponsored health care you pay through higher taxes. Most people don’t my want higher taxes.
3). The gov’t as a payout will seek to control costs, disinfecting future generations from medical professions and causing doctor shortages. 4). The VA hospitals have been run by the Eu Sou Uma Mulher De Janeiro Eu Nao Sou Louco Minha Realidade Diferente Da Sua shirt in addition I really love this gov’t for generations and are renowned as the worst healthcare in America 5) if you have insurance, the current care is great. People have been happy their whole lives and fear a new system can only make things worse for them. The simple answer is a combination of things. One is that people think it will make wait times longer (these people clearly haven’t had to try and get in with a specialist). And second is that it’s “socialism” which has been the call of the right wing. Of course there is likely a solid dose of insurance companies pushing propaganda about how much better it is to be private…
My favourite thing I heard recently is that if library’s were invested today Americans would call it communism and reject it. The big arguments against it are usually increased taxes (which they usually end up being ok with when you mention that they’ll end up paying less overall once they don’t have an insurance premium anymore), and that the Eu Sou Uma Mulher De Janeiro Eu Nao Sou Louco Minha Realidade Diferente Da Sua shirt in addition I really love this US Government would almost certainly fuck it up (which is valid seeing how badly they botched the VA Healthcare system). Free healthcare is paid by taxes. paid Healthcare is less due to having insurance so you have to pay less overall. You and a bunch of other people have to pay for the free healthcare through taxes without insurance making it more expensive. Sorry if I didn’t explain it well I think the main concern is that standards and availability of care would decrease as would innovation in the industry. Personally I think a very basic plan should be available to everyone with anything above that being on you. Something like how social security will keep you from starving to death but not pay for jet setting.
Some of us have “free Healthcare” through the Eu Sou Uma Mulher De Janeiro Eu Nao Sou Louco Minha Realidade Diferente Da Sua shirt in addition I really love this VA. I found out 2 years after a test I had a disease. I just found out my Cpap that was issued by the VA I’ve used for the last 10 years was recalled as dangerous before it was ever given to me. Yeah free Healthcare is worth every penny you pay for it. Nothing is ever free. That’s first. Second they don’t fear free healthcare because they realize someone has to pay and that’s what they fear. The realistic problems I see with goverment healthcare is that people use it, even when they shouldn’t. This leads to massive wait times. I grew up in a country that had a very distinct separation between public and private health care. If you went private you were attended to quickly, if you went government you could sit at a doctor or hospital forever and not be attended to. When you don’t pay you are more likely to use it when it’s unnecessary and then you ruin it for thise that do need it. In my new country of residence public healthcare is more common and they even ran tv/radio ads to educate people on when not to come to the ER or call an ambulance. The other part of free healthcare is the ever increasing cost and the lag effect of economics. For the first time in history we are seeing lower birth rates in many nations. All our economics are set up on there being more people than before. When this stops then the younger generations have to pay higher taxes to cover older peoples medical bills. You wind up having a massive amount of old ppl not contributing to the economy while clogging up public healthcare while the smaller younger generation foot the bill and then there is nothing for when they are old.
You also create an expectation of free healthcare and you cannsee it in many countries where copays are becoming more popular as fully subsidized doctor visits are falling away. Public healthcare is massively expensive yet tax income cant keep up with the Eu Sou Uma Mulher De Janeiro Eu Nao Sou Louco Minha Realidade Diferente Da Sua shirt in addition I really love this ever increasing cost and so by the time you get to the age where free healthcare can really benefit you you’re at a point where you will be out of pocket for what you need because it is no longer covered. There’s some nuance to it, obviously. We don’t have doctors right now because in a socialized system, the government sets the salaries for medical professionals. There’s no supply and demand system like in private healthcare. This is the catch 22. Right now, doctors have decided “this isn’t worth what I’m getting paid” and have either moved to the US, or not become doctors in the first place.
I’m from England. Free healthcare is both a blessing and a curse here. If it is funded properly by the Eu Sou Uma Mulher De Janeiro Eu Nao Sou Louco Minha Realidade Diferente Da Sua shirt in addition I really love this government its great. However, the NHS is not. Currently it is close to impossible to get a doctors appointment through the NHS. Go to the A&E I have been there for longer than 24 hours. Luckily not even private health care is that expensive in the UK. I hear stories that being cured of cancer is basically a financial death centance in the US For the ones who are even thinking this deeply about it, it’s the idea that the market will deliver better healthcare than a centrally managed system. Of course imbedded in this is the belief that YOU will be rich enough to afford this “better product“. Apparently a small cut in your taxes will make you wildly rich.
Then the Eu Sou Uma Mulher De Janeiro Eu Nao Sou Louco Minha Realidade Diferente Da Sua shirt in addition I really love this interests trying to prevent universal healthcare have their horror stories. So, for instance, there was a period in Canada decades ago where their health system was managed so poorly that people really did have trouble accessing basic care. Those occasional kerfuffles become the examples proving universal healthcare just doesn’t work. Maybe shitty Healthcare is better than no Healthcare(due to high costs). Some say the price tag is worth it. Maybe it’ll be the thing government actually makes good. They have seen how the government manage other public services and they don’t trust the government to be able to manage a fully controlled healthcare system so would rather have a hybrid system where hospitals are incentivised to be effitient and effective by making profit. Because the majority of Americans who vote are happy with their current healthcare arrangement. It’s as simple as that. About 74% of full time employees in the US have access to employer-sponsored health insurance. Surveys reveal that most of these people are happy with their healthcare. These are also the people who vote.
Because our government is shit, everything they touch turns to shit, and by directly controlling healthcare, they’d somehow make it worse than it already is. Probably making it go from expensive, to expensive, shitty, and with a long wait time. I’m not against nationalized healthcare btw. There are a lot of things we’re getting taxed out the Eu Sou Uma Mulher De Janeiro Eu Nao Sou Louco Minha Realidade Diferente Da Sua shirt in addition I really love this ass for that I’d like to see results for. I just feel like our government would do everything I listed AND Jack up our taxes more. “Something something dEaTh PaNeLs” while intellectually swinging and missing on the fact that a “for profit” middle man, in the form of an insurance company, literally gets to decide if you will receive life saving procedures. There was a poll done by Fox News after the 2020 election and 70 percent of their viewers voted for government operated health care. Majority of people in America want this but it will never happen because they’re divided by culture wars caused by private interest groups.
382 more repliesBecause to pay for it, taxes will have to go up, and that brings up the Eu Sou Uma Mulher De Janeiro Eu Nao Sou Louco Minha Realidade Diferente Da Sua shirt in addition I really love this perennial complaint about “Why should I pay for someone else being sick? My money is MY money not the government’s!” Never mind the fact that the government taxes go to everything an individual cannot pay for and a business will not pay for. Like roads, schools, the military, regulating companies so that they don’t kill people with their products or poison the environment making it unlivable… low taxes are the major contributing factor to why the USA is far from the best country to live in. That and the “free” healthcare offered in places like Canada and UK has put people in situations where the government essentially says “you’re not economically valuable to us so you’re not worth treating” so then “free” healthcare ends up degrading into a game of “who’s worth keeping alive” and that’s administered by the government, which with things like the VA has already proven 100% total incompetence. The federal government shouldn’t even be in charge of a lemonade stand and yet here we are Because it’s going to take away good insurance from people who’ve earned it and put them in the same line as people who haven’t.
Taxes. Our taxes are high as it is, and it wouldn’t raise the Eu Sou Uma Mulher De Janeiro Eu Nao Sou Louco Minha Realidade Diferente Da Sua shirt in addition I really love this standard of living. There’s also a massive economic disparity, so adding taxes to the poorer citizens wouldn’t help them. Taxing the rich doesn’t work because the majority of tax revenue comes from the lower class, and the wealthiest people wouldn’t be able to cover the disparity in revenue. Even then, you raise it enough on the wealthy, they’ll just leave, take their businesses, move the money, and go to a country that won’t tax them as heavily. The way our healthcare system works as it is right now is both great and is fucked. We have some of the best doctors in the world, but we will also pay an arm and a leg for them. Insurance steps in to cover, and hospitals take advantage of that by overbilling. So it isn’t free, you’re paying for it even if you never use it. Lots of people don’t feel like they should be paying for other peoples poor choices. A diabetic with an alcohol problem and having weekly ER visits and quarterly surgeries. Lots of people don’t want to be losing money for that. They feel they should pay for their own medical issues and not others.
Actually several of us in the Eu Sou Uma Mulher De Janeiro Eu Nao Sou Louco Minha Realidade Diferente Da Sua shirt in addition I really love this “south/redstates” are not opposed to free healthcare.. We just don’t want aggressive death panels and stupid restrictions etc as i’m sure most would agree with that.. I much rather we spend our tax dollars on this than pointless wars and aid to countries that really don’t do anything for us.. But there is a force in this country (no, not rednecks. Not enough that matter anyways) that is highly opposed to having free healthcare… Point in case.. When our country was setting up medicare for senior citizens, big pharma made our congress agree that we would NOT negotiate prices for care and meds.. Our weak ass congress allowed the GD pharmaceutical jerks tell them how it was going to be rather than the way it should of been.. This is what the concern is.. We will somehow come up with some bullshit free healthcare that requires us to give up our property, and possessions and god knows what other bullshit just to have care. Hell, in Tennessee, Phil Bredson’s adminstration quietly snuck in a law that if your on medicare and go to a nursing home or care facility past 3o days they get to take in your property upon your death to “pay” for the care received during that time.. It’s bullshit as the money was paid by the tax dollars and we all know they do way more careless shit with it than someone needing help..
Don’t get me started on if you have a child with disabilities and you apply for disability for them.. The forced poverty is maddening! In my case, I have good employer provided health insurance so I’m concerned about my quality of care going down if the Eu Sou Uma Mulher De Janeiro Eu Nao Sou Louco Minha Realidade Diferente Da Sua shirt in addition I really love this government gets involved. From a financial standpoint, I’m not willing to pay more in taxes for care to be provided to people who aren’t here in the US legally. Several states offer government funded care to all residents regardless of their status and I don’t want to pay for that, nor do I want to see it become a national standard. If the US can get the borders under control, I’d be much more open to national health care. The government is woefully inefficient and wasteful at everything they run. The quality of care and wait times etc will be so bad that anyone with money will just pay extra for some premium version of healthcare, and it will cause even worse inflation. That being said there definitely needs to be some changes. The healthcare system is tragic right now, it’s like damned if you do damned if you don’t.
One of the Eu Sou Uma Mulher De Janeiro Eu Nao Sou Louco Minha Realidade Diferente Da Sua shirt in addition I really love this big ones is wait times. Some specialties in particular already have a considerably long wait time to see anyone, let alone anyone good, and it will make that time much longer. Another is looked at as price. If the government finds anything, it usually becomes wildly inefficient and inexpensive, not that it isn’t already, but that is a fear that people have. Have you seen how slow the government works over here? I’d rather have the system we currently use than end up having to wait two years every time I need something done. I have two Canadian friends, one male and one female, that often seek medical attention in the US. They explained it in a way that the Canadian doctors, since the Healthcare is free and paid for by the government, aren’t compensated as they are in the US and therefore aren’t motivated and, in turn, less qualified. Obviously this isn’t all doctors but this is what they explained. Furthermore, because everything is free, exigent medical treatment can often be delayed due to extensive wait lists of people seeking treatment.
