I’m more concerned about cooking them quickly and eating them with my sandwich. It is pointless I think, there’s a humane way to kill them beforehand. I’m sure there are assholes that still do it I don’t understand how boiling a crab alive is more cruel than submerging a pig in a gas chamber. All animals have to suffer to end up on your plate.
