Personally, I have a hard time with that, because I find a sound helps me relax. We have both a fan (to lower the Creedence Clearwater Revival Shirt and I love this temperature of the room) and a white-noise machine. I think they’re both great. I don’t understand needing silence to sleep. We even carry around a “travel” white noise machine for when we’re out of town! My recommendation is that you both re-vamp your bedtime routines. It will take time to get it right, so don’t freak out at first. You need to consider what each of you does to fall asleep, reading, tv, texting, etc. Do you have classes or work to get up early for? How much sleep do you really need every night? In some people certain noises lead to an uncontrollable reaction, sometimes flat out rage. If it IS the noise that bother your GF you guys could shop for an alternative that does not drive her homicidal. Ok. I thought this post was going in a whole other direction from the title, think your girlfriend needs to compromise a bit here about the fan, you can try and find the least noisy fan to maybe accommodate her.

You can try different sheets. Some breath better. If you dont already, you could try keeping the Creedence Clearwater Revival Shirt and I love this window open to get somd fresh air Since she has tried out sleeping with the fan for a week, you could try going without the fan for a week. Maybe you adjust? 1,017 more repliesShe seems like a bitch. I couldn’t fathom saying something like that to my partner of 7 years, and I’ve known him for 10. I’d tell her to move back out or sleep elsewhere if it bothers her that much. P.S. We sleep with a fan every night also. Not because we’re individually too warm, but body heat x2 is very hot in summer, and also we like the noise. It’s not even about the temperature for me, I like the white noise that it creates. I don’t know how the hell people sleep in total silence. Love the amount of people who shared the same mindset and assumed “sleeping with a fan” meant an entirely different thing Your post title made me think you are a celebrity who wants to sleep with a groupie, and asking us if that is ok…… Get a small usb fan, hook it to 8k amp battery, put it in the bed right on you get local cooling on you all night without blasting her.
