Another week I’ll notice my size difference. My biceps are smaller. My shoulders don’t pop like they did. And in sifter around the belly. Eventually I’ll just be a ball of depression and anxiety. Probably 20lbs overweight with no muscle mass. Then I know it’s time to get serious about the gym and diet again.
