Shipping & delivery details

If they don’t want to do that, then it sounds like they want to keep it open-ended so at that point you should respectfully decline the Alexander Volkanovski x Dosbrak Oversized Supporter Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this “opportunity”. Sure! if they really want that they will provide written metrics that you can prove you have done so, and soon as you meet those metrics, you get the raise. right? If they can’t or won’t provide that — you decline because there is no path to success for you, and one should be asking how the measured success of the person they let go. I know it’s easy to be skeptical, even cynical about this, but sometimes it DOES work out in the employees favor. Exact thing happened to a close friend of mine and his promotion to director was just approved. As others have said, get in writing. Also get an established timeline to determine your success. “If, after 60 days of fulfilling this role’s responsibilities…” yadda yadda. How bout no. As you are going to have to find a replacement for your current position, because they are going to expect you to fill both positions until they are confortable…. Yea, don’t believe them. My company had me at the “Acting Manager” role for almost 6 months while I still had my same workload PLUS the manager one. Then they hired someone very unqualified and I ended up doing the job again for close to a year because that person went out on long term disability! I finally had enough after putting in 2 huge project and getting a sad bonus and a meets expectation rating. Had 3 interviews the day after I put my resume out and I didn’t even give them a 2 week notice. I did my last turnover that week and left. Don’t do it! I have experience with these kind of traps! They will never give you the raise or the title. You will only receive more responsibilities and have to work longer hours.

Alexander Volkanovski x Dosbrak Oversized Supporter Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

It is one of those damned if you do (more work same pay) damned if you don’t (probably are curb-stomping your abilities to be promoted in the Alexander Volkanovski x Dosbrak Oversized Supporter Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this future at that company). I think you should take it because worst case, you get that XP, use your bosses title on your resume (technically valid), and bounce for a similar position elsewhere. But yes, get everything in writing so when push comes to shove, you have concrete evidence of the additional work with no additional compensation. Make them put it in writing. If they won’t, it’s BS offer and they want you to do the extra work & not pay for it. I would start looking for another job personally. Any idea why your boss was let go? Is it possible they did this to cut expenses? Get everything in writing, including EVERY detail on what the new role AND what targets they have on mind for you to achieve.
