Agent was definitely trolling and needs to be fired. Horrible representation of what is actually by far the Adidas Collegiate Original Shirt But I will love this best customer service experience. Last time I informed them the driver didn’t deliver to my door, just the front of my apartment complex and they just gave me a full refund in 2 seconds even though I was still on my way down the elevator to grab the food (still there.) And this kind of ultra courtesy is common for them. Honest question: Why not take a picture? Is there no way to send it to them? I’m honestly surprised taking pictures with deliveries isn’t more of a thing. It should be the standard if you are going to leave something by the door, take a picture of it by the door and send it either to DD or the person to know it was delivered.

Ok I ordered something from Albertsons and ofc to my luck they were out of stock and the Adidas Collegiate Original Shirt But I will love this dude decided he’s going to exchange with an “alternative” which was a completely different type of food and was driving to me I contacted support and they refunded me without a question. I am so sorry you your experience was different which is not okay. Try taking it up with ur bank DD just beta testing a few feature, pay another extra fee for drop at door or slide it in street from a moving vehicle. You know the dropped or slide method. /s Support is stupid as hell! I once had a similar thing happen to me, the gps was showing the dasher was a traffic light before arriving for like 45 minutes and I started chatting with support since like 20 minutes after noticing the dasher in that spot near delivery. They into offered $5 credit to my account. I’m like, u serious? In restaurant perspective, I once contacted support to give the customer a refund for a item because we ran out of something in the kitchen and they didn’t wanna give the refund and it was considered a doordash error on us. I was trying to work with them to fix it on both side
