Could you call the police as it’s theft? They have a camera, they would have proof of where the package went. DHL delivered a Christmas gift I customized for my girlfriend to the wrong street. Same house numbers but was literally a quarter mile away. I recognized the patio because only one street in my neighborhood has shitty duplexes. Immediately wrote a note out stating what happened and went and took my package. Taped the note to their door just incase anyone saw me do it. That happened to me once with an Amazon order. Purolator delivered it to the right number but 2 streets away. I contacted Purolator but they refused to take responsibility. I contacted Amazon, and they sent me a replacement order free of charge. 2 weeks later I got a call from someone 2 streets over saying they had my package and would give it to me if I brought ID. After getting my original package back, I called Amazon and offered to send it back. The customer service lady told me to keep it and thanked me for my honesty. One reason I always get it delivered to an amazon locker instead. Don’t mind the drive to go to one cuz I’d rather do that than deal with a missing package and waiting even more to get it replaced.
