I remember from Winnie the Pooh Piglet Never forget who you are shirt, and that was the fact that he really liked wolves. Every shirt I remember him wearing had a wolf on it. He apparently didn’t get the hint that I was uncomfortable, as he kept referring to me as his girlfriend and wouldn’t leave me be. I should have just pushed him away and told him no, but I didn’t. We ended up holding hands in the dark, quietly talking backstage. When someone noticed and started making comments, I insisted we be more discreet and just link one or two fingers, kinda like a pinky swear. Then he started to get more needy. Asking for hugs constantly. I’m a hugger, no lie, but this… This was just too much. Skip to the final day of the show. We finish the curtain call, take our bows, then come out in costume to say hi and to interact with the audience.

I finish my hellos and getting pictures and start to head backstage to get changed so I could go home and sleep, but Dramabeard stopped me. He had been insisting on meeting my parents, and I was very hesitant to let him do so, worried he might tell them we were dating and I’d get in trouble for it. He walked me back over to my parents and I made the introduction, uncomfortable the whole time. Once that was over, I tried yet again to go backstage but was once again stopped. I apparently had to meet HIS parents. I had told him the year prior that my favorite color was purple and I liked collecting rocks and semi-precious gem stones. He found me and basically cornered me in the hall and tried to give me something for my birthday. I was unable to get across that I didn’t want whatever it was he was giving me, and I ended up with a quite beautiful piece of amethyst, which I still have.
