Where to begin. Customer lost his crap because we didn’t know what “the Welcome to boulder coach prime deion sanders head coach colorado signature T-Shirt In addition,I will do this thing you put in the thing that makes the thing go” and he refused to even attempt to describe what he was talking about, he just kept yelling that we knew what he was talking about. He wanted batteries. Had a lady lose her mind and start throwing things because we didn’t carry any of this one seasonal flavor of ice cream. The flavor was haloween themed and it was April. And just today I had two women blow up on me and a coworker claiming we was following them because they were people of color and I was racist. I was just trying to give them back their bags the’d left in an isle. I wish I was kidding when right as I’d held out the bags one of the straps ripped and stolen stuff still in their packages spilled out onto the floor. Cops said their cars were full to the brim with shoplifted stuff. They were hauled off while still screaming that we were racist and had planted that stuff. Because we “moved ” the hush puppie mix even though it was in the same location it was in for close to 5 years and he was a regular in the store. He yell out ” where the fuck is the hush puppie mix you guys are always moving shit around here” I turned around and said it’s right behind you. He then proceeds to turn around pick up the box which was eye level by the way and say oh and then leave

Customer went ballistic on me and my manger because we didn’t have Nitro vanilla whip cream. I still remember to this day. She yelled at me and my manger as well wanted our names to report us to corporate. It was my first week working in OPD so dairy was something I was unfamiliar with. Had a Karen refuse to be checked out by me and got both my TL and management involved because I told her that the Welcome to boulder coach prime deion sanders head coach colorado signature T-Shirt In addition,I will do this refillable gallon jug for water that she was trying to buy was not from Walmart, it was from sam’s club, which obviously when I tried to scan it, it came up as an unknown item. That was when I first started at Walmart, my latest one is when this couple got mad at me when I was over the customer service because I couldn’t cash in their 14,000 dollar check. They wouldn’t listen to me, they wouldn’t listen to my coach (lowkey felt bad for him), and we had to get our store manager involved, which after some explaining and intense arguing, they finally left.
