Shipping & delivery details

If you do, take the Top Cat Maverick Poster Shirt and I will buy this position with the title, update your CV today with that info and drop them the moment you’re offered the job with its appropriate wage somewhere else. Don’t look back. Colleague of mine at my current company. He moved into a new role with the promise of title change and pay bump ‘within about a year’. He’s at 2 years and is even farther away from title and pay bump than when he began the role and does all the work of the former director. If they are playing that game – they at LEAST can put a plan in writing with a schedule and milestones/objectives for you to hit which will equate to title and raise. if they can’t/won’t, then you’re just keeping the chair warm for one of the execs to find a friend to put in your chair. Nope the fuck out of that one. No pay, no extra work. If you do the job to ‘see how you do’ you will never see the money. Tell them they just let a high level person go so you know they have the money. Get the pay raise and if you don’t work out in the new role they can discuss moving you back to your old position at your old pay rate. Tell them no, you don’t work for free. They can advertise the job and select the best candidate. If the money’s good, maybe you’ll apply.

Top Cat Maverick Poster Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I personally would not do it, ever. My pay is commensurate to the Top Cat Maverick Poster Shirt and I will buy this job being performed. If you want me to do more, or take on a more important or valuable role, I need to be compensated accordingly. This is business. There is never going to be any significant pay raise here, if you are successful in your role they offer you 5 percent at yearly review at best. Now you have been put into a hard place to take up the role, be a team player or burn your future in this company. I would try to squeeze a concrete promise from the company. I meet this ad that goal in this time and raise will be x. Otherwise just take the title for resume building and after 6 months use that to get pay from outside of this company
