Yeah from an Asian county growing up and seeing the culture/parents, it’s very common to hate on gays or any LGBTQ in general, it’s the mindset already ingrained into most Asian peoples and that can spread to hate. My parents indoctrinated me with that mindset as well so now I have it too along with many other people, it’s not something you can control when 99% of people are telling you around it. Even if you actively disagree the peer pressure will psychologically manipulate you to conform or have a little hate no matter what sadly in the end from what I heard and experienced in Asian countries even from Asians in America or other areas. It can impact your jobs, social life and you will be hated on if you come out, and worse stuff in Asian countries/people/areas so it’s very tough as you are indoctrinated as a kid.
