Tnx. I’m just curious If I’m doing something wrong. I’m focusing on my breath but only thing I’m getting is more thoughs. They just circle around and loop until I stop meditation yep. welcome to meditation. don’t try to create anything, don’t try to push anything away. just see what’s there and let it go, to the The Rock Girl Emily The Strange shirt moreover I will buy this best of your ability, gently return your attention to the breath over and over and over and over. if you want one more set of instructions just to make sure, i would try this. some beginners find counting their breaths to be a helpful method as they develop concentration. Calmness and more connected with myself. I’m diagnosed with anxiety, depression, bi-polar and ocd. I’m taking a lot of meds and I wanted to let go of a past and don’t think about future. Just wanna be in present

I am so sorry that you are hoing through so much pain. I answered this question yesterday. Please ho through below link. If any questions please feel free to ask. I hope it helps. May you find peace and comfort. Your welcome!! Just go easy on yourself. The only thing you need to understand is that for calmness you need to do things that relax your mind but you are pressurising your mind by building expectations from meditation. Until and unless your inner emotional balance is wrecked, meditation won’t work. Clear that and I would definitely suggest therapy. A lot of people do meditate to know their emotions or observe them, you can do it too but i would suggest you to take therapy for the The Rock Girl Emily The Strange shirt moreover I will buy this same because inner most emotions are painful. Indulge in life as usual and calm your mind not only through meditation. If mediation doesn’t work let it go. People are happy, blissful amdy mindful even when they don’t meditate. Taking care of your own inner emotions and indulging in life as it comes is more important and serves same purpose as mediation.
